Lamb Fitness is a one-on-one personal training service that operates out of a private facility in Dundee Mi. That means NO MEMBERSHIP required! We specialize in strength training, weight loss, flexibility training, and sports conditioning.
Our goal is to help create healthier and stronger lifestyles in our local community. We can help each of our clients to maximize their full physical potential.
As of April 2024, we are now offering weekend GROUP FITNESS CLASSES!

Austin is an amazing trainer! He listens to your needs and wants and really makes the whole process super enjoyable! He makes workouts fun to the point you don’t even realize you’re working out.
You have full access to all of your workouts at all times as well as helpful videos to guide you the whole way.
If you’re on fence about a personal trainer.. do it, you won’t regret it.

As someone who experienced a major leg injury when i was younger and thought i wouldnt be able to work out again, I highly recommend austin lamb and lamb fitness for your goals. He builds an extensive workout routine that fits your goals and previous injuries. His knowledge in nutrition and training will have you hitting your goals before you know it. He really knows how to make the workout fun and who he is as a person pushes you to your limit. For anyone on the fence about him as a trainer. DO IT! You will not regret your decision!

I have been working with Austin twice a week for a couple months now. It’s been a great experience. He will customize the workouts to your needs and abilities and is careful to make sure to adjust if you have any pain/past injuries. You have access to the program so you can do extra days at home if you would like. Highly recommend for any level of fitness!!

While training with Austin for six months I have steadily hit new personal records on all my major compound lifts. He has great communication skills. He pays close attention to form and always has a way of improving my weak points. His training regiments are custom and adaptable to ensure that I am making progress. My old injuries are always considered. I’ve never been injured or felt unsafe during a heavy lift with Austin around. Casual conversation between sets is also fun with him. He is respectful of my time. Our multiple one hour sessions are a thing I look forward to every week.

Austin is a fantastic trainer! We started where I was comfortable and he encouraged me to push myself, showing me what I was capable of and more. It was empowering! The extra bonus was the private environment that let's you not worry about anyone else. It's really the perfect place and trainer for those who don't want to be in a big gym atmosphere.
