Dads with daughters beware!
My daughter comes to my crying during practice she has to go the bathroom very badly I run her to the bathroom I go in the guys and thereβs one toilet in there and someone is in there just blowing it up the place smells absolutely horrible. I stand at the counter get ignored because someone was on the phone finally after a few minutes get their attention ask if thereβs a family bathroom and Iβm told no I can go over to Meijer which we will never make it. Daughter then has an accident in her pants waiting for some guy that knew we were waiting to finish. This is not acceptable at all. No family bathroom & 1 toilet in the guys when thereβs dozens of young kids in the mix that cant control it like an adult. Now my daughter doesnβt want to come back. All the way home in her wet pants she kept saying βI donβt want to do football anymoreβ.

Registered for session and doors are locked. This is the second time this has happened. More communication is needed. Emails show the dates I arrived and tried saying events were for different days.

Iβve had my kids participate in a few different activities here, soccer and basketball. The building is very dirty, boarder line dangerous. There is no ac or seating for parents. We have had multiple scheduling issues, poor communication, and now their team has no coach. They claim to give a sibling discount, thatβs false. I sent multiple emails and inquired with people at the desk with no refund. I tried speaking with an older man at the desk who told me he was βpretty much the manager,β who insisted he didnβt think the building was dirty and I was over reacting. There was an old apple, bandage, 4 small watch batteries, beads, paper towel, and food wrappers all within my field of vision as we had this conversation. I also tried leaving a few voicemails to talk with someone about the state of the building with no response. The bathrooms donβt have soap or toilet paper and are poorly maintained there was debris on the floor for several consecutive weeks.. Im not sure what they do with all the money coming in, it certainly is not used for maintenance, cleaning, or actually providing a service paid for. My kids didnβt learn anything about basketball that they didnβt already know. No skills were refined no new skills taught. They get a better experience in our backyard for free. But, as mentioned, thatβs to be expected when we show up to practice and there is no coach, or for a game and the time isnβt right bc of their poor scheduling. They also charge admission for games. Which is pretty strange considering there are no chairs or air. What are your spectators paying for, exactly ? To stand in a hot, stinking, filthy building ? Totally strange to have so many complains about this with no solution. Overall this place with leave you feeling scammed and dirty. Donβt waste your money or your families time.

Multiple bad experiences. Pay good money for kids to learn but then don't have a coach or a coach that shows up?!? And this happened more then once. Facilities are poor and would never recommend.

Had a boy playing on a girl's volleyball team. Thought boys playing on girls teams was illegal now..in addition, front desk man totally unfriendly, facility not air conditioned and no seats. Biggest issue for me however, boys don't belong on a girls team.

Horrible, horrible, horrible 13u travel baseball experience. I highly caution anyone from giving Level Up your money! If you still think you might want to join, ask them to see your team budget...you can thank me later!

Stopped in to support my nephew's basketball game. Pretty impressive facility. Little warm, but manageable. If you're attending as a spectacular, consider bringing a chair and a fan.
There's plenty of parking and solid equipment on site.

Poorly run. League schedules all out of wack with multiple teams playing teams twice in a row but not playing other teams at all. Was told there would be drop in soccer Wednesday the 27th at 6 only to show up and find out that it was cancelled without any sort of notification on their site or social media

Great facility! Very large inside and is used for multiple sports. If you go during the colder months, bring your coat and gloves, and possibly a lap blanket. It is very chilly in there. Other than that, it is awesome to have an indoor facility that allows kids/adults to enjoys sports in the Winter.

I had not worked out in a public gym in over ten years, but when I was informed of a Clean and Lean Challenge and Boot camp training, something sparked a fire inside. That fire has turned into an inferno of unstoppable desire to be better. The informative and uplifting coaches and staff build you up. I feel that they truly care. Jon and his staff have created a community, not just a place to train. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what truly is a top class training facility that houses a community of positive improvement.
