Very strict and not forgiving, unable to work with customers, doesn't seem welcoming. Drivers coming out of the parking lot are always rushing, I can see why.

I was only weird for a birthday party. Despite the weird layout, it looks well maintained, well staffed, and well equipped.

We have been taking swim classes here for over a year now, and they do an amazing job! Marie is such an amazing swim instructor and knows how to get the little kids interested and keep them involved!

Possibly the rudest, most condescending staff I've experienced. My membership is expiring soon and I will not be restarting one - the equipment at other gyms is far better, especially for what you pay.

A majority of the older ladies working at reception soil most visits to this club (a dirty blond woman named teresa and a black curly headed women named heather i beleive, and isabel).

A lot of the younger staff are always kind and respectful at the cafe and reception, but I cant say the same for the many other receptionists and tennis instructors.

Liberty has never felt like a place Ive been welcomed into. Ive been charged so many times for items and court times I've never used, sometimes just for walking into the club with a tennis bag. I used to book a lot of court times with me and my colleges here too, but I choose to participate in another club when I simply walked in with my bag once, and was bombarded a staff member already reaching to her computer to book a court time for me, when it was really just the bag I use to keep my cloths and water in.
Another grope I have is that most the guys here treat the club like a nude beach, openly stripping infront of kids while sparking conversations with them. Sure that something the club cant control, but when its instructors here it sparks concern.

Im disappointed to have invested so much money into this club, only to be treated like fool and spoken to like an idiot, so I'm writing this to advise you not to make the same mistake I did.

We've been members for ~5 years now, and we have always been very happy with what our membership provides. The classes are great and we have so much fun in both the indoor and outdoor pools with our children. Coming from paying for gym membership in a big city for something much smaller/less well-kept, we have always thought the fees to be quite fair for what we get.

Great family friendly club with many outings for workouts. Some areas are a little more private in case you don't want to be in the open floor area. Outdoor and indoor pools are great for lap swim (outdoor for general swim too). At this time, reservations for lap swim are still needed (I believe early morning open lane option though). The lagoon is nice for younger kids. There is a wide variety of swim and tennis lesson options plus camps. The lobby area is great for eating or a little remote work before/ after your workout.

Shelby was absolutely wonderful.. other young lady has a Very Nasty attitude and is Extremely condescending… really wanted to join this club but now very hesitant after dealing with such a poor attitude, especially when dealing with a future member. Completely unacceptable and is very unfortunate. She should not be behind the front desk representing this club.

Edited to Add:
After being a member for over a year I still like Liberty but think they could upgrade some things. The chairs by the pool look worn out, mismatched and cheap, not representative of a higher end club. They don’t have shampoo and conditioner in the locker rooms. Other similar priced clubs in my experience have these.
We have been a member of Liberty Athletic Club for several years, it can be a little on the pricier side but the facilities are nice, and if you come here often it's definitely worth it. The gym is nice, and the play area, pools and outdoor pools and slides for kids are wonderful.

We've just returned after a 5 year break, we had to join as new members. But the great thing is that 4 personal training sessions were included, a family pass for friends, a spa coupon for a free massage, and many others.

I love the energy of the place and that there are people of ALL ages, babies to very seasoned, and everyone in the middle. I've started in the "oldies classes" with Joan and she is beyond inspirational and teaches so well, I always can follow, and she constantly reminds us of form and proper position. Our Personal Trainer, Brian, is also SO knowledgeable and we are learning the basics of proper posture and alignment, and how to use the machines correctly.

All of our staff interactions have been kind and professional. The club is totally worth the fee and monthly cost, and you get so many classes from which to choose. So much better than spending the same fee for just one yoga class somewhere else. If I can't make one timeslot , there is another one I can do, or use my personal exercise plan.

The physical property is well maintained and clean. The outdoor pools for laps and the other pool for kids are safe with life guards. Our kids loved hanging out and playing basketball. It was just great for them to be in a safe environment with no access to TVs, just physical playing.

WELL WORTH THE COST!!!

Not the best gym to go to. Every time I went last year something's closed or they close for employee parties or something's shut down.on on.like the pool and jacuzzi, or half the entire place! One rude blonde lady at front desk..idk
Not worth the cost imo, dirty showers, and they charge for tennis?seriously . I paid $20 to get in and didnt get to use the shutdown areas and they dont seem to care. I've been to nicer clubs

I was visiting the area for a weekend. I wanted to go to 2 classes....apparently this gym doesn't have day passes. It is the FIRST fitness center in all my years of travel to all different states (and countries) that doesn't have a day pass program. I was completely turned off by this policy that smacks of snobbery.

Very nice facilities! The staff and owner are very friendly and helpful. We love the cafe and the pools too. The child care options are great too and add so much to the membership value. We really enjoy the club and it is perfect for families!

Facilities are very good but some staff are really nasty. For decades, at the end of every year, they sent all members a free guest pass for up to 4 people. They said it was a holiday "gift" to members. I loved these, and saved them for special occasions when I was bringing a family. It was fine if I brought a 2012 ticket in 2013. But today, all of a sudden the front desk staff said I could not use my 2013 "gift" in 2016. Imagine if someone gave you a birthday present and later snatched it back from you. Nice facilities, just be prepared for occasional meanness.

Our whole family LOVES Liberty. The family pools, indoor and outdoor, are fantastic. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and on the ball. The equipment and facilities are well maintained and up-to-date. The day care staff and space are excellent. It is well worth the membership cost.

They do have sign up fee plus the first 2 months fee upfront. The monthly family membership is more than most but you get more for you money. Life guarded pool times for kids, the child care, the play area kids over 8 do not have to be accompanied in the play area or if the pool is lifeguarded. In the summer time outdoor pool is life guarded. The facility is very clean staff is very courteous, and there have been times I have left my ipod on a machine even left my phone in locker room and it was returned to the desk. parking on site. I have tried the local YMCA which is less for a family membership but we went back to liberty they are more family friendly. I even checked into the local wellness center it is a nice facility but for a membership of 4 the monthly cost is not that much less and they are more restrictive on unaccompanied children.

Good club, great tennis courts, huge gym area, b-ball court, several indoor/outdoor pools - one indoor pool adult only. Two small waterparks indoor and out - huge slides.
Free childcare and a kids' activity center to rival any with huge brand new climbing structure. The rock climbing wall is one of my children's favorites.

Outdoors can get crowded in summer so get in early but there are always loungers available in grassy areas, the poolside ones get taken pretty early. Indoor/outdoor cafΓ©s are good and women's lockers huge and modern, good showers. Like the towel service. Dislike: indoor courts too warm in summer, food prices are a bit steep but you can bring your own picnic for outdoors. Other than that it's a good value for families who use it often because you don't need to go anywhere else for a huge variety of activities. We pretty much live here for the summer and then use it fairly often during the other seasons.
