I’ve had all negative experiences at Livonia Athletic District. One incident that stands out was during a GoodRec event a while back, a player went to his vehicle and PULLED A GUN out of his car. Multiple people ran out of the building, and we couldn’t locate any staff members on-site. The police were called to handle the situation. Then, the following week, the same person who had the gun was back playing soccer inside the same building with absolutely zero ramification. If safety is important to you, this is not the place to go. That said, the turf is in decent shape, but unfortunately, that’s about the only positive aspect I’ve found.

Ford Field #5 is not a good field for youth ball games. It is fine for practice, but not games. There is little room for fans and no room for team in game warmup activities.

We visited for a regional gymnastics meet.

Parking was full. The staff was very welcoming. The concessions were limited but very well priced. The accessibility down to the main athletic entrance was questionable. If you need an elevator please call ahead to ask as I didn't see an obvious one.

The heat is seemingly old school but once they blasted the field house with heat it seemed to hold. BRING LAYERS!

Quality and atmosphere has totally slipped. The LAD used to be a good cornerstone in the athletic community, but now it feels cold, angry and alienating. Have frequented here often for many sports and events, both adult and youth, over the last 6 years. The current management seems to have forgotten there were some struggles early on, that took a community to overcome. Now, there seems to be a regime overlord overseeing a bunch of fiefdoms. Treating your PAYING customers like criminals seems like a bad business plan to me.

Hard pass on Livonia Athletic District. Manager was extremely unprofessional. Reserved a court, cancelled it immediately but was told I couldn't get a refund and would instead be issued credit to my account. When the credit was never issued, I emailed and called the manager but he never had the courtesy to respond. If you call, the system just says voicemailbox is full and hangs up on you. The lack of professionalism from the manager was disappointing.

We held our inaugural Just Between Friends Livonia/Novi sale at the LAD and couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out! Jen and Chris were amazing to work with; fantastic hosts, easy to communicate with, and great attention to detail. The facility itself is beautiful with great lighting, great parking, easy entrances, clean bathrooms, etc. I was really proud to welcome our consignors and shoppers to our event at the LAD. We got tons of compliments from our attendees on the venue, the space, the turf, how clean it was. They were really impressed with the event we hosted and that is in large part to the venue we chose, the LAD!

I have been attending LAD for quite some time now, both for soccer and pickleball, and I must say the facilities are always impeccably maintained. The pickleball courts are top-tier, and the turf is in excellent condition. They consistently update and improve the facility, keeping it feeling fresh and modern. The front desk staff has consistently been friendly and helpful, as has their sales team when it comes to booking online. I would recommend LAD to friends and family who share a passion for sports and wellness.

Please be careful who you allow to use your facilities. The company JBF’s was awful and very unsafe. The management of this event was poor to say the least. People were threatening others over buying items, yelling and jus plain inappropriate. Please don’t bring this back to Livonia.

The pickleball courts are nice if the weather is good. I booked a court at LAD because it had rained the previous day and I didn't want to play on wet courts. Thought inside would be better (dry), I was wrong. Half the courts were wet and I slipped any almost fell several times during play. Very disappointed I paid to play indoors when outside would have been better/dryer and free.
Please fix your roof or dry the courts. I will most likely not return to avoid rainy courts as these inside courts were very slippery.
I would have called to discuss this issue but no one answered, the voice mail is always full and you have not way to contact you via your web site. Not great customer service.

This is my first time visiting the facilities. This is also my first time playing on real pickleball courts (not gym floor with painters tape). There were 4 courts. The courts were beautiful and clean. Definitely would come back.

A really excellent place to play Soccer. The place is being renovated so it'll surely only get better and better, also. Had a blast here. Met some awesome new people. Will definitely try and play here as much as I possibly can, if games are available of course. Highly recommended place.

We love it. You can play anything in this facility. The high bay lighting is great but can affect players looking up in the air for a ball. Not sure how they would combat that though. They are easy to work with and competitively priced. There is a great viewing area for parents. There is vending and some video games for siblings or bored parents. Seriously a great experience so far.

RL3 Baseball has held winter clinics at this facility the past 2 years and we continue to be in awe of the improvements.  Parents enjoy watching their kids play from the sidelines which are protected by netting or from the balcony viewing area. The turf is great, multiple playing fields can accommodate various group sizes.  The staff is helpful and willing to go the extra mile.  The lobby is great with its seating and large TV to catch the game while the kids play a quick game in the arcade.  Parking is convenient - continue the great work LAD!  You're a wonderful resource for the community!

I started PT @ Health Quest P.T. Livonia 4 weeks ago, 2 x a week with Brent Hasler. Can I just tell you how exceptional these sessions have been. I have MS, a recent diagnosis, with many many symtoms involved, and every concern has been addressed and sessions are taylor made for me. One on one work out every session.
