I’ve had not the best experience with dance, but Lomi is different. The whole studio is so friendly and welcoming. The first time I came to Lomi I was amazed at how different the students and teachers were here. I got to enjoy dance without drama or stress. I recommend lomi to anyone wanting to try dance.

My daughter has participated in several different classes that Lo MI offers, and she has loved every experience. We have watched her strengthen her skills and grow as a dancer, thanks to the hard work and dedication of the staff and instructors. These dancers are learning so much more than “just dance”. If you had told me 4 years ago that I would be taking a dance class and loving it, I would have told you that you are crazy and dance just isn’t my thing. LoMI completely proved me wrong.

I had some skills that I wanted to master, but I didn’t have the equipment or the right people to help me learn them correctly and safely. A friend recommended LoMI’s Teen Acro class to me, and I decided to give it a try. I have learned so many fun and fascinating skills, as well as how to have fun, while at LoMI.

The instructors at the studio are all incredible and great to work with. They do an amazing job of working with each student to help them achieve their goals.

I love going to LoMI and look forward to every day I get to go.

LoMi has been an awesome experience for my daughter going on 3 years now. We decided to give it a try in the fall of LoMi's first year and my daughter immediately fell in love with the studio. Julia was extremely welcoming, positive, and willing to work with the students in the class individually. My daughter has learned so much about confidence and stage presence that will follow her throughout the rest of her life. There are times that she's had to miss class due to scheduling conflicts, but she has never been scolded or shamed. LoMi has been a great experience for my daughter and I will always recommend it.

Amazing studio right in the heart of Lowell. Every single instructor is fabulous with kids of all ages. My 4-year-old is absolutely in love with “her” dance studio. Highly recommend, and be sure to check their different programs because they have great options for those just wanting to try it out and see if their littles have an interest before making a long-term commitment!

I can't believe how well-run this studio is after just a couple of years in business. Julia and all of the instructors are doing an absolutely magnificent job building a welcoming, healthy environment for the dancers, and our daughter has had a wonderful time learning this year. We feel so very lucky to have just an amazing studio so close to home.

This year was our first dance class and first recital for our first child, and we could not have had a better experience as parents completely new to the dance world. Communication was clear and prompt, safety for the young ones was clearly paramount, and our daughter had a wonderful time participating in her first recital. I'm positively astonished at how smooth and professional the entire day was. We can't wait to come back in the fall!!

Switched to this studio because it was closer. Daughter pays more attention and performs better. Staff seems to be nice. Very tiny waiting area for parents. Not alot of parking. Poor communication (doesn't respond to emails). Difficulty catching a teacher after class is done to ask questions. 😬

LoMi dance studio has been a breath of fresh air! My daughter is being challenged and seen in her LoMi classes, she eagerly attends. After classes, she dances out with a smile on her face, chatting with her teachers and friends and shows us what she's learned. She is feeling positive and encouraged. My girls were brand new to dance and started with LoMI when it first opened. The support, encouragement, and positive energy poured into the students goes so far beyond technique – it inspires confidence with dance and so much more outside of the studio! This is all possible thanks to the wonderful teachers and owner, Julia. They truly take the time to connect with each dancer, making LoMI an absolute gem here in Lowell. When my daughter told me she wanted to take a tap dance class I was so happy to find LoMI was opening up in just a few weeks. At first she was the only one sighed up but Julia was committed to trying to make the class work. She soon had recruited another participant and finally 4 little tappers. The kids loved it and learned so much so quickly. Julia’s energy and enthusiasm are out of this world. We are SO happy that Lowell has this amazing dance studio. She doesn't just teach skills, she also builds confidence and does it in such an energetic manner that it excites the dancers. LoMI Studios is my happy place. I had not had formal dance instruction for 42 years. I came to LoMI for the adult ballet, but have since taken every possible adult dance class offered. The rotating styles class on Tuesday nights is especially wonderful, offering a supportive and encouraging place to explore styles I never would have tried otherwise, e.g. acro, modern, and tap! Julia has built an amazing community around a love of dance and I could not be happier with my experience here.

Finally, a dance studio that offers classes for adults! All levels are welcome (and encouraged) to come, and personally I’ve been having a blast whenever I come. Everyone is super friendly, and the classes generally offer levels of fun and challenging dances. I highly recommend checking this place out at least once if you’re curious or are entertaining the thought of getting into dancing.
