Meaghan is a jack of all trades who helped me with both my fitness and nutrition when I was having some health problems. She always listened to my concerns and adapted each week to exactly what I needed. She was super thorough which showed her attention to detail, and as a fellow dancer she was able to tailor my workouts in a more fun and effective way (keyword fun because I normally hate working out!!) She also always is reading up on whatever she can to further her knowledge of fitness and health, which has always been reassuring to me. Highly recommend this gal!!

Meaghan is awesome (despite her insane love of bear crawls). She listens to what your body needs and doesn't just insist that right at that moment it is able to do what other people's bodies can do (as some other trainers insist). This is not to say she makes it easy. You'll definitely come out the other side stronger and healthier. Did I mention her insane love of bear crawls? (PS: After training with Meaghan, I finally understand was a PT had been trying to do with two exercises... Meaghan made it work!)
