I thought my gym days were over until I found Megan's Fitness! I struggle with rheumatoid arthritis. Megan has been extremely helpful with modifying workouts that work for me. I have increased core strength, muscle and I have better balance. I am very grateful for Megan's motivation and encouragement!

Megan is a fantastic trainer. I first worked with her years ago to get in shape and tone my arms. Within a few months people were complimenting me on my arms for the first time in my life! I always go too easy on myself when working out on my own. Megan pushes me out of my comfort zone into change but not so far that it's a problem.

I’ve been working with Megan for 3 years and she’s incredible. I have limitations and she does a great job working with me so that I don’t hurt myself and yet still get a great work out in. I’m so much stronger and so grateful for everything she’s done for me. I highly recommend Megan’s Fitness. You won’t be disappointed!

I have been working out at Megan’s Fitness for many years and the classes continue to challenge me each and every time. Megan provides an environment that meets where you are and continues to help you meet your goals - fitness, strength, weight control and/or weight loss. The environment is welcoming regardless of fitness level. Megan is a true professional and her dedication to her clients and her business is exceptional. She goes above and beyond to make sure each client gets an amazing workout that is different each time. I could not imagine working with any other fitness trainer.

I absolutely LOVE Megan's Fitness! Megan is an excellent trainer, very patient and makes sure I am doing the exercises correctly. My morning aches and stiffness has gone away - and I feel great! Her motto is "no excuses - just results" is so true! An added bonus - all the lovely people I have met while working out. A fantastic group of down to earth, non- judgmental folks who motivate and encourage :)

Top notch trainer that genuinely cares and wants to help people reach their personal goals. I decided to go to Meghan because I needed to get core strength without further injuring my neck and needed professional assistance in doing so. Meghan is great! She is highly educated and driven and knows exactly what she is doing. I started to see results after only 4 sessions and will continue until I reach my goal, then switch to her group classes. If your considering Meghan just do it....
