I have been training with Molly for a few years now and highly recommend her. Her attention to details like form, breathing, etc., is amazing. She prepares a well-thought-out training plan but is also great at adapting on the fly if needed. She cares about her clients and all aspects of their well-being and training. Molly Mehan is the best of the best! She has incredible knowledge of strength training and is able to train anyone at any stage in their lifting and workout journey. She’s patient but knows when to push you, never giving you more than you can handle. I’ve been training with her for a year now and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I will never go anywhere else.

I have been training with Molly for years and I can honestly say she genuinely cares about her clients. Molly taught me that fitness is much more than just completing a workout, but about mental health, recovery and nutrition as well. She understands how coach to improve strength while avoiding injury. Molly trains me and Pat trains my son. They are amazing! Not only do they help you get strong, but they care a lot about you and creating a healthy life for yourself, no matter what's going on. There is no intimidation at this gym. You're going to work hard, you're going to feel supported, and you're always going to be positive about yourself. Plus you'll probably laugh.
