Julissa is a lovely gem!!💎 I am so incredibly grateful for her. I have been wanting to try Pilates for the longest time and I feel like I hit the jackpot of instructors. She cares about her students and makes sure the moves we do are being done correct and safely for our bodies. The class I attend is small and intimate, which allows her the ability to see each person and guide them where they need. I am more aware of my body, and how to activate my deep muscles (I didn’t even know I had) so grateful for Julissa’s knowledge, and genuine support!!

100/10. Julissa is extremely Knowledgeable with the human body and Pilate movements. I have learned so much about my body and how to get stronger from her. Her classes are different each day which is awesome as we work different parts of our body. Also due to the class size she is able to make corrections with each movement we do which is amazing because it’s often hard to know when you’re doing things correct or not. Overall I feel I leave class both stronger and smarter with my body from her classes, highly worth it!

I’m a 65 year old guy who has worked in skilled trades my whole life. I need low impact exercise to keep from hurting all the time. Julissa seems to be able to cater to the individual needs and abilities of her clients, even in a group setting where there are Pilates ’veterans’ and novices like myself, with individual guidance to encourage proper form. It’s working for me. I feel better after only about eight sessions. Other reviewers mention the welcoming atmosphere Julissa provides and I agree wholeheartedly.

Thank goodness I found Julissa! She is an amazing instructor and person. She has made me love and appreciate pilates. She puts a lot of time and care into my sessions so they are specialized to my body and what I want to work on.
Her advice and guidance have helped me tremendously with my practice and my health. I have worked out for many years and have never had an instructor that cares as much as she does.
I can't recommend her enough.

Such a warm and welcoming studio! From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable and supported. The energy is always positive, and the space makes you actually look forward to working out.
Sessions with Julissa are truly the best, she’s encouraging, knowledgeable, and knows how to challenge you while still making everything fun and approachable. Her classes flow so well, and she always makes sure you’re using the right form so you get the most out of every move.

I had never tried Pilates before coming to take a class with Julissa, but over the past few months I've really come to appreciate this form of exercise thanks to her wonderful instruction! I always leave class feeling like I've gotten in a great workout, and every class focuses on something different- core strength, back strength, leg strength, arm strength, etc. It's been a really great way for me to keep active and strengthen those important neuro-muscular connections. Overall, Julissa keeps things fresh and makes me look forward to coming back, 10/10 no notes.

Been taking Pilates with Julissa for close to three months and I love it! It’s such a welcoming space and for reformer classes there’s only 5 machines so every session you are getting personalized attention. Which I can tell you I need! I can feel how much stronger I’ve become in such a short time, can’t recommend this studio enough!

Julissa has found her niche. She is such a great Pilates Instructor, and pays attention to each student to guide them to do it correctly so they are doing good for their body. I feel so good after each session and look forward to the next class. She has a variety of different classes and times, so if you haven't checked her classes out yet, I highly recommend you going, any age is welcome, and I'm 58.

Julissa is an exceptionally attentive, caring, skilled, inclusive, and welcoming instructor. As someone who is living with cancer lesions in my spine, it is critically important to have someone I trust to help me keep my spine safe and I trust Julissa (and, btw., so does my spine doc).
She checks in with me, makes sure to stay up to date with any changes, and helps me build muscle, increase flexibility, spine mobility and balance. Julissa explains movements clearly and calmly and her corrections are fast, effective, and kind.
Julissa is an essential part of my care team and I could not recommend her more highly for any body at any stage of life or health who wishes to begin their Pilates practice.

Absolutely love going to do Pilates with Julissa. She’s so informative and is attentive to your needs on what you need to improve your mobility. Her knowledge is vast of what you need to improve you over all ability to move.
I was nervous for my first class since I had never done Pilates before, but she helped me through all the movement and didn’t make me feel like a beginner.

Man, there is so much I could say about Julissa but it wouldn’t do her justice.
I started my Pilates practice and journey September 2024 with her Mat classes and have now done Mat classes, Reformer classes, reformer 1:1s, Cadillac 1:1s, and Chair 1:1s. Throughout it all, she’s always been supportive, caring, prepared, and accommodating. My strength, posture, and mobility has grown but the best revelation I came across is my own body awareness. The way she cues through the movements makes it understandable and makes a true mind-body connection. I love that she focuses on form first and the true essence of Pilates.
