Inquired about dance school here for my girls(new to the area), changed my mind about attending after leaving my Credit Card info to be charged for monthly tuition. Called 5 minutes after leaving to let them know I would be looking at a couple more schools before deciding, the woman said not a problem and full refund would have to be issued since she already charged my CC $180 dollars. I have called several times leaving several messages for a week straight. Not a great first impression. It is to my knowledge they are under new ownership from the previous years in business. The school is rather small and run down. Teacher we met was a teenager who I'm sure is not a certified dance instructor. The school claims to offer Gymnastics, when asked what that entails since I seen no balance beems or anything of the sort, I was told a tumbling mat is placed on the floor. Metro Dance comes off very disorganized, dirty and unprofessional. I would be very weary about allowing my children to attend, which is why I chose a more established location. So glad I went with my gut to keep looking before settling for Metro.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Rudest studio I've ever been to. For the second year in a row theyve screwed up my kids recital costume. Paying alot of money and they cant keep their stuff together.
Will not be coming back. Horrible management and I'm still stunned by rude the head manager is. Already warned a few people about this place. Just disgraceful.

I'm in my second season with Metro Dance as an adult ballerina and I couldn't love it more. All the teachers are so nice and the kids are lovely to be around because learning kindness and team work is as important as dance here.

I have 2 daughters that have both danced at Metro since the age of 2 1/2 years old. It has been a positive experience from the beginning. I love watching my girls grow in their skill level and in their love of dance in an environment that is encouraging and positive. I would recommend Metro Dance if you are looking for this type of experience for your dancer.

My husband and I took ballroom lessons for our wedding at Metro Dance. Our instructor was Lauren Johnson. We LOVED Lauren! This class was very small and intimate, so we got to know Lauren on a more personal level. She taught us a variety of dances and helped us put together our first dance. She even let us know about upcoming dance events so we would have opportunities to go out and practice. We definitely intend to sign up for more dance lessons! I would recommend them to everyone! What a great little studio.

Horrible place..my daughter is only 3years old and her dance teacher ignored her!!!!! She acknowledged the other kids by speaking to them when they arrived and didn't even once say something to my daughter the whole time she attended. She attended metro dance class for about 3 months!!! I do not recommend anyone attends Metro Dance Class!!
