This place is unlike any gym or workout I have ever experienced in the best way! The level of knowledge and care of the team cannot be beat. I was battling an injury and they made sure I was protecting my body and getting stronger with every move. I cannot recommend enough!!

I've just completed 2 personal training sessions and one week of training classes. My mind is officially blown! Mel, Josh and Kelly are knowledgable, patient, and funny. I've taken lots of small studio fitness classes in other locations and M+M is head and shoulders above the rest. Thanks!

Last Tuesday I had my first experience at Mettle and Moxie with Josh.
Wow!! Where do I begin?
Having been in the dance world and working out for 20+ years I had big expectations (and nerves 😬).
Let me start by saying, they were met and exceeded beyond anything I could have imagined!
Josh had such a close eye on my form I was feeling muscle engagement I had never felt before!
He was kind, encouraging and incredibly knowledgeable answering my every question in detail .
I’m so looking forward to my next training session!!

I’ve had my assessment as well as one follow up personal training session with Kelly so far and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. The space is clean, updated, and centrally located, with adequate parking. The culture and climate is energized, positive, and welcoming. Kelly is authentic, caring, and knowledgeable. She clearly heard my goals of regaining strength and balance, and created a plan that focuses on that as well as injury prevention. Highly recommend!
