Katy’s knowledge of the human anatomy coupled with her extensive personal and professional training sets her apart! I have a few β€œ Father Time” injuries and issues, she is able to adjust when needed. The workouts will always be challenging! Highly recommend!

Congratulations to MI Fit Lab and Katie for receiving the best personal training award. She is a genuinely great person and an outstanding personal trainer. I was a physical mess when I found Katie and she has shown me the way to successful eating and subsequent weight loss. She has guided me to a more active lifestyle and provided an atmosphere of positive motivation. On top of all that she has years of experience and knowledge to lead me through personalized workouts in her well stocked gym. Finally back on track thanks to Katie!
Hadn't worked out since the pandemic and was having a lot of knee pain even just walking. Katie's professional insight is helping me move forward, find stability, lose weight, and gain confidence. I can do stairs and exercise with no knee pain. She is teaching me to work at a safe pace, tailored to my needs and it is interesting and different every workout. Love it!

I just wrapped up my first year of working with Katie, and it's been an awesome experience. Katie is truely a "Personal" Trainer and that is why I have been training with her for about 7 years. Her training is based on your goals as well as your current physical health. (note: training with Katie will definately impove you current physical health) My focus has been on strength training, endurance & maintaining overall good fitness. Katie is so easy to talk with and can even make your least favorate workout seem pretty good.
Over the years I had a couple of injuries & surgeries and was unable to workout. However, because of Katie's "Passion" for her profession & her incrediable knowledge of the human body, I have always come back better than I was before. She can "modify" any exercise to accomplish the same result. ( "modify doesn't mean "easy")

I highly recommend Katie to anyone who really wants to work with an incrediable Personal Trainer!

I am 78 years old with two knee replacements and a cancer survivor. I have been working with Katie for the last 8 years. I have been told by orthopedic doctors as well as general practitioners that I am physically much younger than my age would suggest. I was able to establish a state record for my age and weight class in power lifting. Katie will help you reach your goals if you listen to her and follow her instructions. These are your goals, not hers. She knows what she is doing.

Katie has been absolutely fantastic in our personal sessions with my daughter and I. We have been able to improve not only in our physical strength but knowledge of fitness and form. She ensures that you always push your limits to grow but never in a way that would create undo pain and injury. Our safety is always her number one goal. She understands the human body and will go into detail about how certain muscles must be protected as you go through each exercise. And each exercise is tailored to your own specific goals for each session. I will be able to take the lessons learned from working with Katie on for the rest of my life. I always wanted to go to a gym, but didnt know where to start and was very nervous about gym culture. Katie is very welcoming and gives you the ability to work at your own pace. She also pushes you to maximize your potential. It was amazing to see results after a few months. Workouts are carefully crafted and are challenging.
