Anna is awesome. I didn't know what to expect being pulled into this by my wife, but I quickly came to understand that there was a lot I didn't know and Anna had answers. The workouts and food education were invaluable. I didn't have a lot of guidance or education regarding these things growing up. Most of my life has been a series of drive-thru convenience and consequence. I lost a good deal of weight during my program, but more importantly I learned how to succeed beyond my time with the program and that's honestly the most encouraging part of the work done here. Anna will give you the tools to accomplish your goals. If you have the motivation to use those tools, you're going to leave a changed person. A changed person who is capable of manifesting the change you want and possibly need all on your own. If you're looking at these reviews because you're on the fence, don't be. Schedule some time to talk to Anna. It might just be one of the kindest things you've done for yourself.

My husband and I signed up for Anna's 12 Weeks All-in to Success and Fitness package together. We just completed it and I don't even know where to begin with how much this has helped us. I am a pretty active Mom. Daily walks, multiple day weight workouts but the pounds kept piling up. I was also an IBS and diverticulitis sufferer. My husband had some mobility issues due to leg/feet/ankle swelling, his joints hurt, plantar fasciitis and such kept him pretty inactive because activity HURT. After just 2-3 weeks with her guidance my symptoms were just about gone! Which is amazing since both conditions tend to have me in a state of constant pain of some sort in my abdomen area. My husband's legs and feet swelling went down significantly, he was able to wear some shoes that were too tight only, because of the swelling. His plantar fasciitis also greatly improved. It still gives him fits every now and then depending on what he's been doing but he used to wake up with 8/10 pain in his heels. Now that pain is more like 1/10-2/10.
So yes we both lost weight (roughly 30lbs each) but the biggest win of all is that our particular areas of pain have significantly improved. We also have a much better understanding of eating habits and label reading.
I highly recommend Anna, if you've tried everything and nothing is working on your own, give her a call. She really takes her time with you and she will go over just about every aspect of your life to help guide you on your journey to better health.

Anna tailored a program specific for me and my husband! She has a complete package, finds gaps in nutrition, and always gave me a good workout. She is personable and easy to work with! I renewed for a second round. Definitely worth it!

Best decision I made to continue my care with Anna. I started with her just after I finished my PT. Anna is a professional who cares about the success of her clients. Working closely with you on form to make sure you are exercising correctly. The gym has a wide variety of equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals. If you are working out in the same Gym and not seeing any difference in the way you look, I would consider giving Morris Success and Fitness a call and watch the change happen in front of your eyes.

Cannot recommend enough! I started with Anna to help with my postpartum weight loss. She helped get me back into a workout routine and feel strong again. This is an amazing program that helps you get on the right track to healthy eating, good habits, and a positive mindset. Anna, the trainer, is full of energy! She will cheer you and steer you towards achievable goals. When I first started this journey, I knew my way of eating and lack of exercise was the very reason I felt unconfident and unhappy with my body. But I needed help. Anna was the support I needed to change. In her 3 month ALL-IN program, I lost 35 lbs and have become stronger all around. After this program, I have tools to eat better, train hard, make goals, and stay positive. Itβs hard work, but Anna will be there to help lift you up! I have been working out with Anna for quite a few months now, and canβt say enough good things. She is full of knowledge on both nutrition and fitness and was able to explain it in a way that worked for me and was easy to understand. Anna is extremely motivating and just an overall wonderful person! During the time we could not have in person training, she did whatever she could to keep me going and helped me to stay motivated. When I started working with Anna at Morris Success and Fitness, my goals were to eat healthier and become stronger (as well as lose 10 lbs.). I was a pretty healthy eater before, but I knew I was addicted to sweet foods. Through some gradual changes in my eating, I have come to enjoy the flavors of my foods much more. After 1 month I am now able to enjoy an occasional βtreat,β but I am able to choose more wisely and I donβt feel like I am being deprived. I know when to eat certain foods that will contribute to my weight loss efforts. I am now 10 lbs. lighter, but I am leaner. I no longer feel flabby around my thighs. Anna has been positive and constructive the whole time! I love going for a workout because I will be challenged and I usually do a pretty good job reaching those goals! Thanks Anna!

I love Morris Success and Fitness. I am on a journey to a healthier and happier version of myself. I am learning how to take care of my whole body in the correct way. When I was first searching for a Nutritional and Personal Exercise Trainer, I did not know how to take care of my health. I have now learned that by eating the foods my physical body and brain needs, I am a much happier person. By exercising my physical body, things are easier, physically and mentally. I am 55 years old and I have joints in my hands and fingers that are starting to swell up. It runs in my family. I also started experiencing my legs and arms going to sleep when I was sleeping. I had gained 20 lbs, I felt tired and my concentration was diminishing. I do not have a family doctor that I felt I could talk to about my situation because they always gear me towards medication. I am geared more towards eating better however I do not like to research. That's when I turned to Anna. She is interested in Whole Foods and Healthy Living to feel better longer. Importantly she loves to research and practice what she researches. After following Anna's advice and recommendations I have lost 20 lbs, the swelling in my joints has receded and I no longer experienced any numbness in my arms and legs. As a matter of fact I sleep very soundly for a good six to eight hours every night. Number one advantage is the clarity in my mind and the ability to live more present with less stress. I am able to make better choices' stick to a plan and be successful. I am very grateful. Working with Anna allows me not to have to think about what I need to do to feel-good. I just follow our plan that she helped me develop based on my mental and physical needs.
