I would recommend this gym to anyone who is interested in having a personal trainer who will make sure you get the results your looking for. From day one I knew I was at the right gym. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly, this gym is very clean and I love that I could work out and feel comfortable with no judgment. The owners are very nice and they made the workout fun and I was always so excited to go workout. If I could give more stars I would because I saw results in so little time but more importantly, I felt better. I felt stronger and i had so much energy, I felt like a whole new person. I love motiv8 fitness.

I have worked with Chris for several years and he is a gem! Chris pushes you towards your fitness goals in a motivating and fun way. I can always count on my sessions to be productive and entertaining. I have also worked with Reid a few times. Both brothers are knowledgeable about fitness, technique, and how to work around limitations. I highly recommend Motiv 8!!

I'm so glad I found this place. Chris is wonderful and very accommodating. I've met with trainers before and ended up leaving because of the yelling. As soon as walked in I felt welcome, he addressed my concerns and was very patient. Highly recommended.

This is one of the best places to go to for achieving your fitness goals..! I strongly recommend Motiv8.. I’ve started working out with Chris and it’s been great so far! In a short span.. Motiv8 gave me the tools I needed to make changes to my lifestyle depending on my goals. Reid initially had helped me lose weight at a healthy rate while increasing my overall fitness. Then when my goals started to shift from losing weight to gaining strength, Reid and Andy helped me reach my goal of competing in my first Powerlifting Meet. Chris and Sara were always friendly and positive in the seasonal group classes I attended as well. But what I think speaks the most about Motiv8 is that when I felt confident enough to keep myself accountable to my goals, no one pressured me to stay. This is a huge advantage over my experience with other, national franchise, gyms. Even though I am performing my own training now, Reid and Andy are both personally invested in my fitness. If I ever need help in the future when I can’t seem to make progress on a goal, I will absolutely go back to Motiv8. I highly recommend you send Reid an email if you are thinking about improving your fitness.

I have been going to Motiv8 for several years, participating in the group classes. It has been a great experience working with the team, as they ensure I meet my fitness goals. The workouts are always challenging, as they tailor them for all types of fitness levels. However, what truly makes the gym unique is the owners and the staff because of the sense of community they promote and how accommodating they can be. Where else would one of the owners lend you his bike so you can compete in a race, or invite you to join in on his personal workout because you mistakenly showed up for a class at the wrong time.
Sure they will kick your butt with some killer workouts and keep you motivated, but when joining Motiv8 you truly become part of the family. Keep up the great work!

Best trainers I've had. They provide quite the value for money when it comes to personal training! Very knowledgeable & biggest difference is they really care so they hold you accountable. Even my 9 year old loves training here! He finds Chris, his trainer, to be 'very motivating in a cordial way!'

Two years ago I started working with Chris at motiv-8, I had put on a lot of weight and wasn’t happy with the way I looked, however there was a catch… I wasn’t willing to give up the foods I enjoyed the most, even though on my form i had circled that I had high motivation to change my “lifestyle”. Chris and I started our sessions and he would always begin by asking how my diet was, and guilty me always responded “good” and then when he would ask what my meals were I would leave out the foods I would snack on at work and at my friends house’s (goldfish, bagels, cookies, pasta, etc.) . Fast forward a year… looking at pictures of myself and seeing the number on my scale made me sick, I finally had the motivation I lacked the year prior and pulled myself to eliminate the foods I couldn’t give up the year before. Chris pushed me every session even when I gave him my sass and said “I can’t do it” and constantly complained, Motive-8 has given me myself back, the skinny girl in the pictures I always compared myself to, the girl with self confidence, the girl that got lost under all the fat. Two years ago if you told me that I would be where I am today I would laugh and tell you that you’re crazy. When I started with motiv-8 last year I weighed about 196 pounds and lost at most 4 pounds by the end of the summer (when I stopped working with Chris the first time). At the start of the new year (2016) I was up to 205 pounds, losing about 9 pounds before I began working with Chris (I slowly began watching what I was eating) and was going back and forth with my weight, then I started working with Chris weighing around 198, finishing this summer at 166, when i went back to visit Chris a month after I moved back to school, we did a quick weight in and was at 153 (i don’t know which one of us was prouder), fast forward, now I’m at 145 and still want to go back to motiv-8 to tone my body. These past two years have been nothing short of a roller coaster but Chris believed in me and motivated me to keep pushing myself and I truthfully don’t think I would be where I’m at today without motiv-8! I highly recommend motiv-8 fitness!

For those who like a fun environment and a great workout, come check out Motiv8 Fitness. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the gym was and how friendly the 2 owners were when I first came in. They have a great setup here and I look forward to coming here throughout the winter months. Their pricing is also reasonable considering the types of workout's they have you do.

Highly recommend Motiv8! Reid and Chris are really great and fun trainers! They'll teach you the proper exercise techniques and kick your butt into shape in a good way! I always have fun at my training sessions with Chris, he always keeps me laughing. So even if the workout is hardcore I'm still having fun! Definitely check them out!

I've been coming here for a while now doing personal training with my sister with Chris. Chris is awesome! He's my motivation to get fit. He makes the sessions hard, but fun. Before this, I'd usually just go for a run and think I worked out. But coming here, I realized that running is not enough and now I'm actually learning how to make workouts more effective. I'm glad I'm coming here! I'd totally recommend Motiv8 to my friends and family (which btw I have! lol). Reid and Chris are great! It's a very friendly and welcoming environment. If you're in for a workout, then get your butt in here and workout! :)

Reid and Chris are the best trainers hands down. I was able to improve my physical condition very fast. I enjoyed the entire process. They will help you to achieve your goals at your own pace. If you don't have any experience working out they will explain you every detail and they will pay attention to your posture which is very important when you do exercises. I highly recommend it!

The team at Motiv8 Fitness are fantastic. It is said that getting healthy begins with yourself and deciding to make that ultimate decision to eat better, workout, etc., but it is equally important to have an amazing and encouraging team behind you; that is just what the Motiv8 team does. They encourage you and push you to become your best self. I was 175 pounds in June of 2014. With the help of the staff at Motiv8, I am proud to say in November of 2014, I am at 155 pounds and building more muscle. I feel great! I highly recommend Motiv8 for people who are tired of big meatheads pushing powders and protein bars at you, and want a team that is going to get you great results, in the healthiest way possible. Motiv8 Fitness is a great place. Reid, Chris and their team make you instantly feel comfortable even if exercise isn't "your thing" (it for sure wasn't mine).
