MPACT is a great gym. The workouts are well structured and really adapted to your individual needs. The structure of working with a trainer in semi private sessions and then being able to take part in group classes allows you to build a very flexible program.
But most places only go as far as their coaches and trainers and this is the best part of MPACT. Kathryn is amazing. She’s thoughtful, attentive, cheerful when needed and encouraging. This would be enough but she’s also amazingly knowledgeable and structures workouts really.
The gym community is small but supportive and friendly. You run into the same people regularly and everyone is encouraging and supportive, celebrating you as you get stronger.
I’m a big fan of the MPACT approach. A lot of other gyms have cookie cutter approaches but this place works with your strengths and helps you grow along with your weaknesses. It’s great that during our strength classes you might see someone doing heavy deadlifts while another person is working on getting their squat form right. And the coaches are usually right there helping with a spot or correcting your form. It’s a great gym all around.

I had a great experience training at this gym. My personal trainer, Cody, was excellent— flexible with scheduling, attentive to my needs, and always prepared workouts that targeted every muscle group. He was patient and knowledgeable, especially when I had an injury, offering safe modifications and useful advice.
The classes and trainers here are also very friendly—John was very supportive and made the workouts enjoyable. The overall atmosphere in the gym is welcoming, and the members are just as friendly, which makes working out here a great experience. Highly recommend!

MPACT Fitness is fantastic. It's a very welcoming and supportive environment. I also think it’s by far the best gym for complete beginners, people with injuries, or those who have really let their fitness lapse.
Mark is the owner of the gym. You meet with him when you first start to briefly discuss your history and goals. He does an InBody scan. This scan is almost as accurate as a DEXA scan and provides your lean muscle mass, body fat percentage, and many other metrics. You then repeat the same scan quarterly to track your progress.
My trainer is Cody, and he’s been great. I’m signed up for semi-private sessions. The scheduling is extremely flexible—I work different hours every day, and Cody has been able to accommodate my schedule. When you sign up for semi-private sessions, you also get access to the group classes they offer. In my case, I have a gym at home, so Cody developed some workouts for me using the equipment I have there. I like having the option to go to classes, but since I built a home gym I've been supplementing my private sessions with the home gym work outs he came up with for me. If it wasn't for that I'd go to 2-3 classes per week in addition to my semi-private session. When I am at the gym, Cody ensures my form is perfect and pushes me just to the edge—but never to the point where anything feels dangerous. What's good about this gym is that the work out is tailored to your specific goals and needs, so whether you can only bench press the bar or are an olympic weight lifter...Cody will find the perfect weight for you.
I would highly recommend MPACT to motivated individuals who want to take their fitness and health seriously.

Working with Cody has been awesome - he customizes my program and updates it each month based on my progress and goals, plus he is a stickler for form which I really appreciate. I really like the semi-private classes as you still get the personalized attention, but it isn’t as expensive as 1:1 with a trainer somewhere else. The group classes are also really fun if you want to change it up.

As a first-time gym-goer, I was a bit nervous when I joined this gym last fall. However, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. The environment is welcoming, and the staff genuinely cares about their members. Their patience and dedication have made all the difference.

BEST PLACE TO LEARN AND SEE RESULTS! Kathryn is my trainer and since day one I have felt nothing but support! I am someone who has been out of shape and severely overweight my entire life, the first few sessions were very new to me and my body. Warning this is not your average gym!! It is so much more than a gym. I was looking for a gym that I could talk to about nutrition and fitness. I met Mark, he listened to my needs and history of giving up. He then talked about how his gym could make an impact. I really love working out with the trainers, Cody, Kathryn and Julie. I’ve been working out mainly with Cody for semi-privates. He is very attentive and knows his stuff. I cannot say enough great things about him. I have always been in and out of the gym in my adult life and turning 50 made me push to put out the best version of myself. I started making diet changes and was using apps at home, but I needed something more where I could maximize my time and get the results I wanted. I googled nutrition & personal trainer near me and I found MPACT. I set a meeting with Mark to see what it was all about & he listened to my needs & set me up with my trainers, Kathryn & Cody, to do semi-privates 3x a week. The fact that I can get my entire workout in before I go to work for the day has been a game changer & I can happily admit that I am one of those insane people who enjoys working out at 5:45 in the morning now! It will be 8 weeks next week that I have been at the gym & I enjoy it immensely. The staff are attentive, humorous, encouraging & so knowledgeable. Having a couple life-long injuries does not stop them from tailoring my program (thanks, Kathryn 😊) to help me push myself to do things I didn’t think I could. I feel stronger than I have in a long time. The community from the other members is so inviting as well. I finally found my gym home & I'm so grateful.

I have never been someone who actually likes going to the gym until I found MPACT Health & Fitness. Mark and all of the trainers truly care about you and your goals, and will help find a program that will work for you and your needs. I'm so glad I found TRVFIT! After taking a break from fitness/lifting for a few months, I’ve been able to get back on track and have seen my strength and endurance improve quickly. This is thanks to the amazing coaches at TRVFIT who all do a great job of creating an encouraging and motivating environment. The programming is very well-rounded and does get spicy as Mark would say! I like that in each workout there is room to really challenge yourself or scale where needed. This place is great. I've been curious about crossfit for a long time. A friend and I decided to try this place out since it was close and we're glad we did! They work with folks at all levels and have pretty flexible schedules. In three months - going about 3x per week - I feel stronger, more confident in my abilities, and can endure a more strenuous workout. I can't see myself stopping anytime soon!

I wanted to work out after a rough year of my body falling apart. Thank goodness I found Mark. I have never felt more comfortable in a gym environment. Mark is an absolutely incredible trainer! I was looking for someone to help me build strength and build a program that fits my needs and goals. I have been training with him for a little over a month and I am astonished by the huge progress that I've made. I am noticing muscles that I didn't know existed (lol). I just joined here and already love it! It’s much better than the Boot Camp gyms that can easily be replaced with a DVD at home. It still gives you a tough workout mixing cardio and strength, without being overwhelming like CrossFit! Great for all levels too :)

I’m 5 months postpartum and decided to focus on myself. I reached out to Mark (owner/coach) and we met for a no sweat introduction. We talked about my goals and the options for a membership. I ended up choosing 1 on 1 personal coaching. I’ve been going for 4 weeks now and have seen weight loss while gaining muscle and also better performance with the workouts. Mark is very personable and encouraging. I didn’t sign up for the nutrition package but once a week he will ask me how I’m doing. I have belonged to many gyms in my life but this is not like any of those gyms. I have learned so much in the last 3 years from the owner(Mark) and all his great assistant coaches from how to properly lift weights to nutrition. It never gets boring and I am always challenged. I join TrvFit about a year and a half ago when they offered a six week promotional challenge. From the moment I walked through the door I had people saying hello and introducing themselves. Mark, the owner and primary trainer, is such an upbeat and positive guy! He makes working out hard a whole lot of fun As a former personal trainer myself I love that he’s very attentive to newcomers making sure that they maintain proper form and don’t overdo it. Classes are always different so you never quite know what you’re in for but you’re always guaranteed a good work out if you put in the effort!

I absolutely love this gym. TruFit Canton has changed my life for the better! To anyone who is scared or nervous to join... DONT BE! Everyone is so nice and caring plus each work out is never the same. That hour or two you spend at Planet Fitness thinking you are working out is nothing compared to the full body workout you get during one session at TruFit Canton! I started out not being able to even do one push up. Now 3.5 months later I can do that, a few burpees, box jumps and much more!

I have been a member of TruFit for about 7 months now and absolutely LOVE it! I really needed to get into a consistent workout routine that wasn't boring and I found it here. Been going here for over a year. I like the directed classes & team training concepts. The trainers are great, and generally make the workouts fun(ish) lol. Small enough that you get to know your fellow gym mates, so it's like one big happy. Nothing makes exercise easier than working out with familiar people.
