The thing that stood out about Kirk during my time training with him is his attention to detail. You can tell he cares about his clients’ goals and wants to do everything he can to help them reach those goals. Outside of his knowledge for training and recovery, you can tell Kirk likes spending time with his clients and wants to make working out something they look forward to. If you are looking for a trainer who will make sure you are staying consistent, will push to get the best out of you, and also have some fun while you’re training, I would recommend Kirk.

Kirk at MTC trainer is your above and beyond type of trainer. My Fiance and I work out 2 days a week with Kirk and will eventually go to 3 days in the future.

What you get with Kirk as your trainer:

Flexible scheduling- (My fiancé and I run a restaurant and our times vary. If we ever need to switch and miss a day and add it to another, Kirk always finds a way to make up that day for us.)

Dont quit attitude- Kirk wont let you quit..he will do whatever he can to make sure you finish out your reps/sets. He doesnt let you quit on yourself. Its not just that he is working out your body..He is also building your mindset and your confidence in yourself.

Geared for both sexes- kirk is knowledgeable and equiped to devise simple and executable plans for Males or Females.

We have been with kirk for 4 months now and I can say without a doubt, he talks and walks with confidence and really gets you invested in your health.

Kirk is the best trainer if you're just starting to workout after years of a sedentary lifestyle behind a computer. Kirk is patient, and understanding of your limits. He doesn't yell at you to go the extra mile. Instead he respects your limits and keeps you motivated, while being grounded.

He's very flexible and will make your schedule work. If you know you're going to miss a few days, he will accommodate your needs.

Kirk puts in the effort to know you. He deals with many customers per week, but remembers where you're at for workouts. Every session is custom tailored to your needs.

I'll be honest with you, I started at 237 lbs in September 2022. By October 2023 I was at 200 with muscle mass. I lost almost 40 lbs with Kirk as my trainer. Did a sensible diet change help too? Yes. But the weight training Krik guides you through helps develop the results you're looking for.

It's a shame I'm not in the area anymore. If I were, Kirk would always be my choice of a personal trainer. He'll believe in you, but you gotta believe in yourself.

I have been working with Kirk Henske as my personal fitness trainer for about three months now. I am a 66 year old male with rotator cuff and other issues. Prior to this I had never worked with a trainer and had done very limited strength training in my life. He’s helped others in my family as well and wholeheartedly recommend MTC after their shared experiences as well.
