New Attitudes is a wonderful dance studio, not only in helping the kids have a great learning and support foundation for dance, but also life. I have known the owner Janna for years, and have witnessed firsthand, her caring and concern for her students. She has gone above and beyond to help her students when they are needing extra instruction, or just personal counseling. I have had numerous personal plans with Janna that have had to be cancelled because one of her students asked for some of her extra assistance and guidance, and she couldn’t let them down. You will be hard pressed to find another dance studio with an instructor/owner who is as dedicated to the betterment of her students as New Attitudes.

Janna has always provided a fun, safe, caring, and inclusive atmosphere. My daughter has danced here for years and I have only seen positives from this studio and it’s staff.

I grew up dancing at New Attitudes and I enjoyed every minute of it! While I was in college, I also became an instructor here. Janna (the owner) is the most kind and generous person. She cares about her students, their families, and her staff. She takes pride in her work and provides the perfect atmosphere for her students and staff to learn, and to have fun. I danced at NADS growing up and honestly, I miss it! The teachers always encouraged us to do our best and pushed us to do better but have fun. My niece dances there now. The little kid classes are so cute and the kids have so much fun while learning. The classes for older kids have a lot of structure while learning. They foster the kids desire for dance, encourage self-esteem, and do fun things throughout the year such as Christmas expos and Halloween events. Wonderful studio with wonderful staff :)

I brought my first granddaughter here when she was 3 years old. She is now 30. All three of my granddaughters, two nieces, two great nieces and now two great granddaughters go. This is what family feels like. A place of making lifetime friends, the excitement of dancing your heart out for those who are shut in and helping many organizations. ❤️

I danced at New Attitudes Dance Studio from 1st grade through my senior year in college. It was my home away from home. It is where I learned new dances and techniques, yes, but it is also where I learned how to lead, how to be kind to others, and how dance can be healing and bring joy to everyone. I am so grateful to all the wonderful teachers that watched me grow and are still my friends today. I am still a dancer today and owe Janna for my love of dance. New Attitudes Dance Studio is an amazing studio and I cannot be more proud to have been a New Attitudes Dancer.

My 2 daughters went to NADS from the time they were just little girls until they graduated. My granddaughter now attends - she has been dancing there since she was 3 and is now 10. It is a great studio where my kids always felt comfortable and met friends and thoroughly enjoyed their teachers. Janna has always gone above and beyond to not only make sure they had fun when they were little but to push them to do more as they got older and excelled yet still have fun. She has looked out for my girls like they were part of her family. It’s a great studio with great teachers!

I hardly remember the first day of dance soooo many years ago-I do remember though the many years that Janna taught myself and hundreds of other girls, 15+ in fact. She taught us how to own who we are, how to put in some hard work if we want results and even as I got older and took less to the lessons she tried to teach, Janna always gave unconditional love & support. Even now as she’s teaches my daughter! She still instills the same love in her students that I remember feeling in her halls so long ago. Will continue to attend with all my children.

Grew up dancing here for 10+ years and loved every single moment. After school everyday this is where we’d spend our time, and always had so much fun. Janna always treated dancers equally and gave them an opportunity to grow as dancers, and individuals. Nobody was ever seen as superior to anyone else, and it made the environment wonderful. She always shared love and support for every dancer. I know she does the same still. I made such wonderful memories here and am so thankful for it!

Horrible studio, staff, and owner. Incredibly unpressional to both myself and my child. We ended up leaving because of this and am happy we left after I discovered the things she was saying about the parents and children in her studio.

The owner Janna says she cares about kindness and teaches equality and love but there’s video proof going around online of the exact opposite. She went to another studios Christmas event and recorded herself there while she used hateful words WITH her young daughter, while encouraging her to mock the other girls. It was awful to watch and I can’t condone behavior like that. Be aware!! It’s not at all what she makes it seem so look elsewhere and do your research please!

Janna is very conscientious and makes sure to create a community for the dancers so that everyone feels included, accepted, and celebrated. This is a wonderful place to foster self esteem and creativity in children. Janna is a true professional. My daughter has been dancing at NADS for almost 8 years now and we absolutely love it here! The owner is very personable and takes great pride in her staff and students. The studio is wonderful at being inclusive of all students and really promotes being kind to one another. We have recommended NADS to friends and family members and they have all loved their experience here. We are looking forward to many more years of dancing with New Attitudes Dance Studio Marquette!

My oldest daughter started at this studio over 20 years ago, and still dances there. My other daughter started dancing there at 2.5 yrs old. I'm now starting my second year there with a 4 yr old. She loves the environment, the teachers, and especially the awesome recital! I'd never go anywhere else!
