Coach Miranda and Coach Jane have been absolutely amazing throughout my weight-loss journey. They kept me motivated, accountable, and in a positive mindset—even on the tough days. I could have hit a larger goal because some health issues kept me out of the gym for a few weeks, but they never let me fall off track. They helped me stay consistent by sticking to my diet plan and keeping my head in the game.

I am so happy I found NBD. I have never been apart of a gym so had no idea what to expect. After my first class I was hooked. Everyone is so supportive and welcoming. Coaches are motivating and truly give you the confidence to do more. Classes are challenging(which I love) but can modify for any fitness level. I've never looked forward to working out before but now I do, especially at 5am! Greatly appreciate the coaches. My soccer player loved training at No Bad Days Fitness. The coaches really knew how to keep the group motivated while making workouts fun and challenging. The session was geared toward building strength, speed, and confidence, which made a big difference on the field.

What I like most is the positive vibe. The coaches push in the right way but also encourage and celebrate progress. My child came home tired but smiling!

Short version: I wish I would’ve listened to my gut about this place. Long version:
In June 2024 I had an emergency cervical fusion (spine surgery). Recovery was rough, requiring me to wear a neck brace for 3 months and be as still as possible so the bone had a better chance to fuse to the new parts. As soon as I was cleared to workout I contacted Miranda at No Bad Days. I recognized the high-pressure sales tactics immediately, refusing to tell me any information unless I came in to talk to her. I went in for a meeting on November 4, 2024 because I wanted to build my strength back up and lose the weight I had gained while I was on disability. While I waited outside her office, I was forced to fill out a form. I actually laughed out loud when I got to the part that asked you to place a checkmark next to 1 of 2 statements. One was something to the effect of “I’m ready to make a commitment today”, and the other something like “I don’t care about my health”. This was just the beginning of the gaslighting.
While meeting with her, I agreed to sign up for the “free” 6-week transformation, which was not free at all, as it required you to pay a hefty membership fee ($799 for only a few months). Ah, the old bait and switch tactic. I’m someone who loves being active and working out, so I was willing to overlook the uncomfortable sales pitch because I love group classes and assumed I’d physically be able to use the membership. Before leaving that meeting, Miranda asked me not to disclose how much I paid to anyone. I’ve only ever seen these attempted gag orders from businesses who don’t want customers finding out that someone else paid less for the same thing.
Two weeks into the program I began feeling extremely sick. A week later I could barely stand on my own. I obviously had to discontinue working out. I let Miranda know what was going on and kept her updated as I was officially diagnosed with a disease on December 13 and began treatment.
Fast forward to April 5, 2025 - I ask for a refund since I was only physically able to complete 3 out of the 6 weeks of the “free” challenge, and could not use the membership I paid for that was supposed to start when the challenge ended. Miranda refused to talk to me unless, surprise, surprise, I met with her face to face. I’m having to physically lift my legs with my arms to get them to move, but yet, am denied a refund. Throughout the next few months, my body began to positively react to treatment, though I still have a long way to go before I’ll know if I’m in remission or will need radiation.
July 2025 rolls around and I begin noticing something is seriously wrong with my neck (which is where the fusion was done in June 2024). As the days pass, I lose more and more feeling in my left arm until it’s nearly unusable. I meet with the spine surgeon on September 2 and he writes a letter, that I immediately provide to Miranda, to completely discontinue working out. I once again ask for a refund, which she refuses, and then insinuates that I’m a quitter.
Salespeople are taught to memorize scripts when faced with an objection from a customer. Nearly every response from her is a script, which is essentially just gaslighting me so she can keep my money while providing no services. No doubt she will respond to this review with a script about how she’s only doing this because she cares about me. She also told me that she doesn’t give refunds because “if I did something for one person, I would have to do it for all”, even though I physically witnessed her refunding someone because his wife was irate that he got duped into paying a ridiculous amount of money. She will refund THAT but not someone whose spine is compressing so badly that a BRAIN & SPINE SURGEON will not let them work out. Trust me, I want my active life back more than anyone. I don’t know how many more surgeries that will take, but I can at least warn people about No Bad Days holding their members hostage under the guise of “caring”. To not provide someone with a refund, who is physically unable to work out, is just bad business.

I love this organization!! No Bad Days continues to push me to reach my health goals. I love the different fitness classes to choose from. No matter your schedule you will find a class that fits it. The people are welcoming and encouraging. Even after the 6 week challenge I continue to workout there. I don’t think I would go anywhere else! The instructors are so knowledgeable and the workouts really have me pushing myself to limits I never knew I could reach. Without no bad days I think I would still be sitting on my couch contemplating working out. If this sounds like you, still unsure, I’m telling you now, do it! Do it for yourself. You won’t regret it!!

This gym is one of the best experiences I have ever had. Miranda and all of the coaches were with you through your entire weight loss journey. I loved the Accountability App-it really lived up to its name. The classes are excellent, I was able to keep up and work to my ability. I had very good results from the diet, it was very doable and I never felt hungry. I highly recommend this gym and weight loss program.

I just gotta say that I absolutely love your gym. I feel so comfortable there. I love how it's set up. I love how you're just there for your class and there's not a bunch of extra people. One of the main reasons why I don't join gyms is because of all the people around and it can get very uncomfortable. I just can't say enough things about this gym and I am so grateful to be a part of this program. I just absolutely love it. You will not be disappointed if you join. So just join already. You'll be happy you did.
