No Quo Fitness provides fitness programs for individuals both in-person and online. Chris takes a personalized approach to help the clients achieve their goals. Apart from the programming, they also check in on other lifestyle aspects like nutrition, sleep, etc., weekly to evaluate the progress and plan. They are also very flexible with the scheduling - I highly recommend it.

Chris at NoQuo is without a doubt a significant reason I am successful in my sport. Chris was my personal trainer for close to a year, and I enjoyed every minute of it. Chris designed my workouts and nutrition plan, as well as provided some much needed motivation during weekly check-ins (and every time I went to the gym).
