I NEVER thought I'd say this, apparently I drank the orange kool-aid, but I LOVE this place. Coaches Vanessa and Morgan are so helpful in every way, the staff is kind, the place is clean, and, the best part, all I have to do is show up and do whatever they tell me to. I love how few decisions I have to make after a long day. I feel motivated and supported every time I'm there.

I'm visiting from out of town. I really like this studio. Coaches are motivating and engaging. I like that they call out my name in class to give encouragement and a more personal touch. Smaller class sizes; clean the studio well. Reminds me of my home studio I recommend 10/10.

Very good place. Lots of encouragement from coach. No time is wasted in chit chat. Quick in, a good one hour workout done, and out. The group setting kind of push you to do better. Since everyone is busy in workout, no one has time to look around and judge.

A little mix of everything, easy to comprehend because you're not barked different directions every 3 seconds and changing workouts all the time like other workout classes. LOVE the tracker and screen stats combo. Feels good to be able to track everything and compete against yourself and others so you can constantly improve and it keeps you from "taking it easy"

I have loved this place so far! Jordan, Nikki, Beth, and Betty have been AMAZING at making me feel welcome and explaining every workout. I thought it would be more intimidating, but everyone minds their own monitor while the coaches work the room ensuring your exercises are being properly and safely performed. The music is amazing and uplifting as well. As long as you schedule out your classes there is NO issue with classes not being available. I booked my entire month.

Love orange theory! A little pricey but a good workout. Downside is you can't just show up typically bc there is only one class at a time and only so many spaces. If you plan ahead you don't have issues getting a spot at this location.

I really appreciated how welcoming everybody was when I walked in for the first time (it's very intimidating being new and not knowing what you're doing). Jordan was awesome and did a great job helping me on my first day, and Betty was just as helpful on my second day. I have already booked my third visit (three days in a row) and can't wait to see what tomorrow holds. I'm hooked!

If you havenโ€™t tried Orangetheory you definitely should. The first class is always free. It is always an awesome workout and fits EVERY level of physical fitness. The people are amazing and we are always doing something fun to keep things interesting! This is one of my favorite parts! I love Orange Theory. I have belong to many different gyms, tried boot camps etc. No one gave me the great workout I get at Orange Theory. I love that you are instructed exactly what to do, so I'm not wasting my time. You are shown the proper way to do everything, to get the best benefit out of your workout. You go at your own pace, have your own treadmill, rower and weights, so you are not waiting in line to use them. This is the first time I have ever truly felt like I got an awesome workout in an hour. You got to try it!

Tried this out for a few months and in all honesty, its not so bad, but it's definitely not for everyone. Theres a cost of 99$ for their heart rate monitor when you sign up, and I feel like it would be better if they told me upfront about it. After going to their classes I think that the workout is really good, but the classes can be crowded or full at the only times I can go, and my schedule is not very static so it can be inconvenient sometimes. Because the class sizes are so large sometimes it feels like the instructor might not be watching what you're doing, for example if your form is off a bit, they wouldn't notice. The entire concept of this place is to get 12 splat points which is when your heart rate goes above the 83 mark and you get really uncomfortable, but even after burning more calories than everyone else, I still found it difficult getting my heart rate to that point. When I asked about why I was almost never able to get 12 splat points, I was told that I just have a naturally lower heart rate. So I still think its a pretty good directed workout, but maybe its not for everyone.

The workout and coach were awesome. Great motivation and upbeat class where you can choose your own pace. Definitely a great workout and i loved part. What slightly ruined the experience for me was the front staff. Very pushy to purchase a package after my free session. I was in a rush to get out of there for an appointment so I asked for pamphlet to take with me and the tone of the conversation changed after that. They do not provide pamphlets- which is fine but situation could have been handled better and not making me feel guilty for not sticking around after my free session.

At Orange Theory Fitness The coaches put us through demanding workouts but we go at our own pace. I like the environment the equipment and we get to see how many calories we burn watch our heart rate. Being able to see these things allows us to monitor and track our progress. The music keeps me motivated and The OTF staff make the workouts fun

I have to reserve a spot in the class, which holds me accountable and there are so many times available. This make it easy for me to fit 3 classes a week into my busy schedule. I also love that it's a coach led workout, so there's never a question about what I should do. I love the heart monitor too...its nice to see how many splat points Im getting and how many calories Im burning! Lastly, I have lost 10 lbs and have seen positive physical changes in the shape of my body and how my clothes are fitting me!
