Orangetheory has changed my life so much for the better. Having two babies back to back, I never thought I would be able to lose the postpartum weight and get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I joined this gym in June, and have officially lost all the weight and am back to my pre-pregnancy weight. 60 pounds in five months! The owners, coaches, and everything about this place are brag worthy. Orangetheory has become an addiction to me & I recommend it to everyone who has a goal, but doesn’t know where to begin in their fitness journey!

Interested in getting in shape and having fun while doing it? Check out OrangeTheory Fitness! The White Lake, Michigan location is so much fun. The coaches, the owners and the front desk staff are friendly and motivational. The people who attend regularly are very welcoming and make it easy to make new friends. I love it!!

After a couple months I switched to this location, and I absolutely love it here! All the instructors are so encouraging and nice, I highly recommend for anyone who wants to work out but doesn’t want to do it alone!

I highly recommend joining Orange Theory! The workouts are challenging, but they are also designed for all fitness levels. The coaches are friendly, high energy and supportive! The gym is very clean and the app is easy to use.

I joined Orange Theory a month ago and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! The classes are designed to meet you wherever you are on your work out journey, whether you are just starting out, or are running marathons- or truly any where in between! The owners and coaches are so friendly, supportive, encouraging, and give great direction so you never feel lost in a class. They also run really cool incentives a throughout the months. Every class follows the same structure, but they all feel a little different and challenge me in different ways. I also love the access to the app and home workouts you get when you join OT! Love this place!

So happy there is finally an Orangetheory in White Lake! Studio is clean. Parking is easy. Lots of classes throughout the day to accommodate all different schedules. The workout can be tailored to any fitness level. The coaches are great! Highly recommend.
