I want to express my immense gratitude to the PARADIGM FITNESS sports club, where every employee is a highly skilled professional.
The atmosphere here is incredibly friendly and supportive. The visitors are also wonderful people, always ready to offer advice and support. The classes are always uplifting, in a great mood and with a positive spirit.
And separately about the Chiropractic Session:
I recently completed a course and want to share my impressions. My opinion about pain and its management changed literally in one session. I felt much lighter, as if my body had more possibilities and freedom of movement, more space. Before that moment, the pain was severely restricting me.
I highly recommend everyone to try this session!

Paradigm has been a great facility. Staff is excellent. They are professional and experienced. This type of workout was new to me. They were welcoming and helped with my form to avoid injury. Small group workouts have been great and a supportive community. Iβll be continuing my early morning workouts here.

I canβt explain to you how nervous I was to get back into the gym after a long time away.
The team at paradigm are excellent at making you feel at home. Very helpful with one on one tips when needed, thoroughly explaining workoutβs and answering any questions asked. The atmosphere with the group workouts will make you feel welcomed into an open tight-knit community as well.

Being new to the area, I was nervous about joining a gym. I was lucky to find Paradigm! The coaches are friendly and encouraging and help scale the workouts to my level. Crossfit can be intimidating but not at Paradigm. It's a fun and supportive group and I'm looking forward to continuing my fitness journey here.

I started at Paradigm two weeks ago and am thrilled with my decision. As a lifelong runner who has shied away from resistance/weight training in the past I was a bit intimidated but the atmosphere is so welcoming. Seth, Abigail, the Coaches along with the other members are so inspiring and go out of the way to deliver an amazing environment and experience to learn and improve. I started at Paradigm several months ago, and I can't say enough great things about it! Seth is just the coach I needed with coming back to a regular workout routine after babies. He is extremely knowledgeable, helps work through the aches and pains of restarting exercise, and pushes you enough to make it fun and challenging without breaking your soul. The other gym members are very welcoming, and I love the flexibility of working out on my own or hitting the scheduled class times. Whether you are in the market for a new place to workout, or you have never worked out a day in your life, this is truly a place for everyone!

Paradigm is hands down the best gym I've been a part of. The community of people is inclusive and encouraging and our coaches are fantastic trainers. Training with Dr. Seth Leali is incredibly helpful if you're looking to improve your fitness and learn how to progress through your training safely. I've had a few injuries prior to joining Paradigm that I've struggled to manage but training with Dr. Seth Leali has helped me understand the root cause of my injuries and how to heal while simultaneously training safely. The gym, the community, the coaches and Seth's knowledge of athlete rehab has been an invaluable combination in my fitness journey. After hearing from other doctors that I'd never feel 100% again, I can confidently say I feel like I'm performing at 110% of what I thought I was capable of. Come check us out, you won't regret it!

I went to high school with Seth and worked with Abigail when I tore my ACL playing college lacrosse. Both are highly knowledgeable and professional clinicians. Seth knows the human body inside and out and how anatomy is interconnected. This results in a holistic rehab treatment that provides lasting healing even from chronic pain. Highly recommend for both therapy as well as fitness training.

My husband, daughter and I were members at Paradigm for two months while we lived in Ada during summer 2021. Abigail got our membership set up quickly and smoothly. Seth and Tom are great coaches. Seth and Tom are both positive and encouraging. The workouts were challenging and they were good at modifying them for our different fitness levels. The gym is well equipped and spacious. We moved in the fall of 2021 which brought our time at Paradigm to a close. Weβre grateful for the time we spent at Paradigm and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a challenging and fun gym.
