We absolutely enjoyed this gym! My 3 and 5 year old have grown so much since joining. The coaches are amazing-patient, encouraging, and truly invested in each kids progress. I love how the gym celebrates accomplishments-when an athlete does something spectacular, they ring a bell and everyone cheers and gives high fives. Such a great experience and a place to grow and develop!

Our daughter has been thriving at Phoenix Gymnastics. The coaches, including Coach Pat, Megan, Gia and Danielle are incredibly encouraging and uplifting, not just to our daughter but to all the gymnasts. There is a wonderful sense of camaraderie and support among the girls. This gym is truly something special.

My daughter LOVES Phoenix Gymnastics, going to team practice is her favorite time of the week and she absolutely adores Coach Megan. Open gym is also a great place to take her to burn off some energy, when we can't be outside due to weather. She's been going to regular classes since she was nearly 3 and we held her 3rd birthday party here and it was GREAT FUN!

2/17/24 - Called Phoenix gymnastics in Fenton in the morning to get information about open gym for my 2 and 4 year old. I was told the open gym hours are 3-5p and then a second session later in the evening. This was also consistent with “open” listed on google for their hours. We got there at 3:04pm and the doors were closed. There was a nice younger guy that told us he worked there but did not have a key to get in, but that someone was on their way with a key and that we might have to wait a few moments. No problem. We waited…and waited. 15 minutes passed, we left to go run errands and the plan was to come back in an hour and try again. In the meantime, we were calling the same phone number that we used earlier in the day and no one was answering. We went back (in the off chance they were too busy to get to the phone) and not one car was there and the lights were off. Again, this is during the time google and the worker on the phone earlier said they were open. We are beyond frustrated at the type of customer service provided. They could have at least had a sign on the door or answered their phone in the established hours of operation. Not impressed to say the least about this operation.

Over heard a coach yelling at athletes and other coaches, as well as scowling at judges for scores given during a meet. Really disappointing. gymnastics is supposed to be fun and the last thing athletes need on top of their nerves at a meet is their coach having an attitude and being rude to others. Really hope this gets addressed so that meets can be fun, like they’re supposed to be.

Just signed my daughter up last week for 1 night a week. She is 5yrs old and this is the first time she's ever been in gymnastics.
I am a full time dad, and I work full time.
The classes are perfectly timed to fit inside a full time schedule.
My daughter has had 2x sessions so far.
She is loving it so much she asked to go more often.
So we're now at 2x a week

Coaches have all been awesome to her, I'm so happy we found the phoenix gym.
Look forward to every thing to come.
Highly recommend stopping in to see what they can offer

The instructor really seems to take her time with my cousin and help him understand what to do. He is a handful and she doesn't give up on him. Great to know we have someone here we can count on.

Recently moved to the area, and had to change gyms. This place is half the price of the last gym we were at. Smaller class sizes and closer age groups for kids just wanting to do it for fun. Impressed with what they have inside the gym. And classes are at convent times. Bonus, they allow make up time if you kid is sick for practice. Glad we found it.

Being interested in Free running I wasn't sure going here would be a good fit, however, I went to one open gym session on a Saturday for a couple hours and it was a great experience. The owner was there and he was extremely helpful along with the other employees who were all really nice and willing to help with anything I wanted to learn. I will definitely be returning again and bringing more people with me too.

Good facility but whomever is teaching the five year old girls needs to go. All she does is gossip with her friends, gives no instruction and pretty much wastes my daughters time and my money. She’s losing interest because of the instructor. My wife was a D1 gymnast at MSU and disappointed with the training at this level. Hope the owners see this and make the necessary changes.

Great gym!! Too bad we started at AGA first. They ruined it for my daughter with years of emotional and psychological abuse and ignoring injuries Coaches Pat and Kristy worked hard at rebuilding my child’s self-esteem after eight years of being put down – I wish she could’ve continued on to level 10 , But her knees wouldn’t allow it. I highly recommend this gym if you want success without the verbal and emotional abuse that has been prevalent in this sport.
