Spent some time working with Jon over this summer. I have seen a lot of progress in my strength and form. The team at Phyx is organized and focused on the growth of their clients. Workouts were tailored to my experience level and were adjusted based on my performance. I would recommend this gym and Jon to anyone without any hesitation!

Iβve only been with John for a couple months but I instantly noticed his knowledge on how to become more of an athlete. Heβs helped me recover from an ACL and meniscus surgery to play D1 lacrosse. He trains many high level athletes for various sports and connects with them as people too. He also has great support coaches that are very helpful as well.

Iβve always been someone who has worked out but that really only included cardio. It was only after a doctor explained the importance of weight training, that I decided to give Phyx a try. My son has trained at Phyx for years (he has always loved it for his hockey training) so I decided to give it a try. The staff and coaches at Phyx (specifically Jon and Mike) are so attentive and ensure that each individual has their own goals, their own program and makes a point to help them reach those goals. I was pretty clueless when it came to weights, so I value the attention to proper form, posture and progress. Phyx has now become my favorite workout and I look forward to each session. I feel so strong and healthy!

Iβve been a part of this gym since the beginning of my 4th pregnancy in 2023. I have never bounced back so quickly post baby and never have been more motivated to get stronger β¦ I also have major back issues and the more I work out with Jon and his knowledgeable coaches, the better I feel. I've been going to Phyx since February and I've noticed so much improvement in my physical mobility, stability, knee pain, and mental health. Semi-private training with Jon, J.P., and Mike has been affordable, challenging, and completely tailored to my needs. I'm not sure what more I could want from a gym or a supportive community.

This is my 3rd year working out at phyx and Iβm extremely confident for this hockey season after a great summer of training. Excited for the Phyx expansion! I workout at the Keego Harbor location and love my routine. The team is dedicated to helping you achieve the results you want.
