Had a very rude interaction with a employee with a nose ring shoulder length hair and glasses.. The employee was on the phone, I approached to return the card from using the hydro chair and the employee SNATCHED THE BOARD in a hostile manner… didn’t say thank you or anything… Just rude demeanor as if I bothered them because they were on the PHONE… other then that ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN POLITE AND HELPFUL :) LOVE THE Convenient Location & the shower is Nice for someone going to work after a Good Workout 🏋🏾‍♀️ it’s Also 5 minutes away from my job‼️

I contacted this Planet Fitness to inquire about membership cancellation and annual fees. During the call, I spoke with a crew member named ZACK. The interaction was less than satisfactory. Specifically, Zack failed to acknowledge my initial greeting, and he repeatedly engaged in conversations with a coworker while I was attempting to obtain information regarding memberships. When I expressed my concern about the unprofessional conduct, Zack hung up the phone on me. As a result, my questions remained unanswered, and this experience has led me to reconsider my membership..

I have been a member to various planet fitnesses for almost 15 years.

I recently moved near Briarwood Mall and signed up at this planet fitness. I've been a member for a few months and dumped my membership because of an extremely rude employee.

I had the black card, was working out with a friend and when we were at a different machine this employee tells me I need to take the weights off the machine we were just using.

No problem. It was a machine for back. We left one 45 lb plate on each side. I told him I would take them off but I wanted him to know the machine was stacked with a lot more weight when we started using and I racked a lot of weight that I didn't even put on the machine but no worries.

So I take off the remaining 45 lb plates;

Go back to my workout partner who asked me what happened.

Then this rude employee heard us talking about it and comes back AGAIN and says "I know you don't wanna take the weights off."

At this point, my cool temperament was severely tested. I informed him "Didn't I just take the weights off when you asked without complaint?"

My point was there was a lot more weight on the machine when we got to it. I issued no complaint when he asked me to take off the remaining plates.

If this isn't bad enough this employee then mentions the machine next to it with weights we didn't take off.

A machine neither me or my friend even used!

I looked at my friend and back at this employee and said "We only used ONE machine!"

So now this rude jerk was accusing us of not re racking weights on machines we didn't even use.

Like I said, been a blackcard member at various planet fitnesses for almost 15 years. I canceled my membership within 30 minutes of this insufferable employee and signed up at Crunch Fitness down the road.

And boy was that a great decision.

The planet fitness at Briarwood Mall is a decent one but all it takes is one rude employee to torch 15 years of goodwill.

Go to crunch or somewhere else unless you want to get lectured by power tripping rude employees.

I travel all over the country and use planet fitness. This one was very clean. Some problems: the sinks are incredibly small, and the AC is pretty lousy. I walked in there and it was super humid and warm.

Absolutely love this Planet Fitness! There's equipment that you don't see at other locations...GREAT for people of all fitness levels. The staff is also amazing, they are all so friendly and helpful! I will definitely be using this gym a lot more.

Very pathetic and triggered staff and gym goers.. like any other gym you go to .. will have a variety of different stations.. this one .. only liberals are welcome.. no foxnews on the tvs.. against their rules .. they employees have meltdowns.. just multiple cnn and msnbc on the stations .. wonder if corporate knows ?.. anti majority of the population

Great and convenient location for the Ann Arbor area. Also they have hammer strength lifting equipment- allowing for Olympic lifts. This is the first time I’ve seen that other appointment fitness so it was an extra extraordinarily pleasant surprise.
