I want to give a big shout-out to Tom at Planet Fitness! He is one of the hardest-working employees I’ve seen. Every time I come in, he’s either helping members or making sure the entire gym is spotless. The place always looks clean, organized, and welcoming — and that’s honestly because of Tom’s dedication.
He’s always polite, professional, and goes above and beyond to keep the environment comfortable for everyone. Planet Fitness is lucky to have someone who takes so much pride in their work.

Equipment is in excellent condition but missing weight stickers. Lots of cleaning supplies. Enough availability to rotate equipment without waiting too long. Black card amenities. Nice lockers and plenty. THE LITERAL WORST bathroom smell ever; the 10+ air fresheners that stink up the bathroom also spread into the gym. No fragrance free anything so I have a headache. No air purifiers so my asthma is kicking up. Poor air circulation so there's a bit of smell. I'd rather smell bo than the massive perfume factory inside though. 2 air fresheners is enough for any room. People are surprisingly great and so are employees!

I love my gym. Only complaint I have is people do not wipe down the equipment when they are through. It seems lately that it's a fashion show with the younger crowd. Short shorts and tank top. It's a gym not a beauty contest.

Having experienced PF's all around the area because of work, this one is slightly below average. It could be cleaner, especially the locker rooms. Like other reviews mentioned, this is a smaller gym with not as much space, especially for the ab area. It does the job though to get a workout in

What a joke of a facility and management. I was threatened by a guest and I was forced to cancel because the manager and general manager thought it was funny and cute. They charge me the annual fee just days before and will not even refund this amount nor will the general manager each out. Ridiculous but that’s what you get for a gym that charges $9.99 a month lol. 😂

Hi,
All step have been removed from gym. Some people have knee problem with a treadmill and their body is comfortable with a step. New machiens like abs twister does not have enough padding and it hurts the skin.

I love planet fitness, Horrible experience with this particular gym. The first issue I had was credit card fraud, someone from this Gym used my Credit Card to make $160 in fraudulent transactions for weight loss gummies, Visa shut my card down before I was even aware of it due to fraud, it was the only place I used my credit card for. And then more recently, They illegally accessed one of my bank accounts I had on file with them from one of my previous gym memberships I canceled due to their fraudulent transactions, and overdrafted my account. I signed up with an account I rarely use intentionally not giving them my main account in which they still charged anyway. On top of all of this, Their employee Melissa stated that I owed a $60 payment from 6 years ago at another location that no other planet fitness location ever said I owed… I’ve always paid off every dollar, and had multiple planet fitness accounts in different cities since 2019 in which not one gym stated I owed a balance. This Gym Has Sticky Fingers, I highly suggest to steer clear of this Location…

Kinda a smaller gym. They don't have some of the machines other Planet Fitness have. It does open 24 hr right now which is good. Basically half of the gym is cardio equipment and other half is weights.
It works, but I prefer a bigger gym

I go early in the morning...one employee was sleeping in the men's locker room. The other was a new person at the desk. The scan in wasn't working and at least 2 of the towel dispensers were empty. The place was still pretty clean but the night shift needs help/training.

I am 5 feet tall and the new machines you have put it in, they are too tall for me and it’s so hard for me to watch the TV and also it’s very hard to push down with my feet .I really don’t like these new machines why did you have to put it in for this location. The only reason this gym received a 1 star was because that was the only way I could leave a review. I had been a member for 2 years. But I have not been to the gym in over 6 months due to school/work, a chaotic life. I have been keeping my membership active in hopes to get back to my workout routine.
I just recently had foot surgery and Planet Fitness removed funds from my account. I immediately called them explaining my situation and asked for my funds to be returned back to my account and cancel my membership until I am able to be mobile again.
They told me “NO, my funds would not be returned. “ But they will cancel my subscription. Wrong answer, planet fitness has just lost my business forever. I hope you enjoyed not helping a loyal customer. Are you that hard up for money that you could not honor a request from a loyal customer that continued to patronized your brand/company? WOW!! Word of mouth about your business practices will put you out of business soon.

Very clean facility. Ben, Greg, the morning shift supervisor, and Toby are always wiping, mopping, and filling up disinfectant bottles. Very appreciative of the clean environment. Staff members are also very friendly and welcoming. Toby is always available to provide personal training, as well. He is a very patient and friendly guy.
One thing I wish this location had is the Hammer Strength pull down machine.

I have been with Planet Fitness for nearly 4 years and thought it was decent for what it was. Until I got overcharged nearly $60 and they refused to refund me on for something that admitted was their fault. Their customer service is honestly what caused me to leave the gym. Not a great place for a college student on a budget like myself. I am very disappointed on how this was handled...
