No wait for machines, so clean, no hassle workout. I love their "no judgement" posted everywhere! People of all ages and backgrounds are here. The people that work here are so nice. I love being a member of PF. I have the black member plan so I can take advantage of the massage chairs and tanning. I just use the massage chairs sometimes. A good treat after working out if time permits. I really love going here and so glad I became a member.

They are closed Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, and those are the only times I can get there. Its very frustrating paying for a membership at this location and then having to drive to Courtland Center 3 out of 7 days.

The staff here is very friendly and helpful and the place is always spotless. They also have newer machines With timers and good, though limited weight equipment.
Unfortunately, this is a small planet fitness And it always feels quite crowded in the weight section, Especially during peak hours where literally everything is occupied.

They use to have tootsie rolls and then took those away randomly which was a bummer though I heard it was because jerks were bringing in backpacks and emptying the Tootsie roll pale into them.

My biggest complaint about this gyn is the Tanning - This is the only planet fitness I have encountered that does not have a laydown bed and the longest you can tan is only 9 minutes. Every other planet fitness has the full-time at 12 minutes. Tanning is why I pay for a black card membership, and it feels like it’s not worth it.

First I must give a huge shout out to Lumi, she was so welcoming and it shows that she is proud of this gym. I live in Charlotte, NC but Flint is originally home. I have been to many Planet Fitness locations and this has to be the best kept one that I have experienced. From cleanliness to customer service. A1!!!

Cancel my membership today they wanted me to sign paperwork that was on the computer which I couldn't even read. But it stated that I may have extra fees and I may have a cancellation fee etc etc. I refuse to sign that had him print it out and make sure that it is accurate information. I've been a member here for years and the service and quality is crap. I will never join again I joined the YMCA. They have a lot more things they have a pool they have classes and they have more exercise equipment

Its hard to breath inside. Hottest furnace in the business. Ease the temp back some. Your 68 degrees feels like the 3rd layer of hell. The 4th layer is Burton! Please, no hotter.

I reached out to Jason with the Valley, I hope he can resolve the heat issue. I'm 39 and was feeling overheated. I hope no heat related illness occur.

I went with my guy friend who works out all the time . He has a pf black card and invited me to go with him . We went and he kinda became my personal trainer lmao . Showing me around and how to use the equipment , showing me how they had directions just in case I forgot how to do it right. Lmaoo I did not like that they had tootsie rolls on the front desk! What a bad idea 👎🏽😂🙄 but all and all good didn’t have any issues , we didn’t get too much attention being the beautiful people that we are. Kinda had all eyes on us everybody was a lil jelly . lol guess cuz I with my guy friend n we just couldn’t stop smiling 😂 thanks for the experience! We’ll be back 🤍

Nice gym, with LOTS of parking in a huge run down mall parking lot. I drive a expedited straight truck. I parked far out, in the parking area of a completely closed old "Toys r us?" Today I was told to move, "because I take up 10 spots, and the owner of the mall is not ok with trucks parking here, especially with them being so busy?!" I take up a total of 5 spots. Five. The place is run down, and not busy. LOTS of available spots. Sad.

Have never used any of the workout equipment (yet), but the stand-up tanning, red light therapy, and hydro-massage is great. The two massage chairs in the side room are really not the greatest in my opinion, but they're almost always busy, so I guess some people do enjoy them. I appreciate that the ladies restroom is usually fairly clean, although I have never used the locker room or showers.

I have been several times now and have always had a pleasant experience. There is enough cardio equipment even at times when it is "busier", I never had an issue using anything. I tend to use the weight machines more than I do the free weights (which there is usually at least two of each of those) and even if I had to come back to what I wanted, the wait was still not that bad. The facility is clean (both the gym and locker room). For $10 a month and a yearly $49 fee, you can get a good workout in at an extremely reasonable rate. the YMCA would be $54 a month plus the initial $50 fee. It has been a while since I have been there, but, even by price comparison, it is hard to beat Planet Fitness.

The lighting in the locker rooms is amazing. Spacious gym with everything planet fitness has to offer. Obviously I'd like free barbells but the franchise doesn't offer those. Out of all the planet fitness' I've worked out at this would be my favorite. I do wish their warm-up area was larger but past that everything else was nice. Would give 4.5/5 if possible

Just ran into this location to use the spa facilities today. The hydromassage table and the massage chair... It's been a while since I have gone into a PF, and I have to say that I LOVE the upgraded massage chairs!!! The unit does a BEAUTIFUL job of massaging the whole spine and now even the glute area as well. Also, I love that I got 10 minutes on each machine, which is fantastic, such all locations don't offer that much time. The location was clean and the noise level was very good with very friendly staff.

Members at this location are aggressive, both physically and verbally! Management (Whitney) and staff let aggressive members continue to be aggressive and let them keep working out. Went to this location for the very first time yesterday for a quick tanning session. The lady at the front desk seemed like she didn't really care to be there but the trainer (Zach I think his name was) was so incredibly rude. The sign up sheets are unorganized and confusing in comparison to my home location and when I asked questions he audibly sighed and asked rude, condescending questions. Will never return...and might just cancel my membership all together.
