I love this gym but these people the police the tanner gets really annoying it’s almost as if they enjoy telling you that you either A have to wait or B randomly decide to ask where your eye protection is. Call me crazy but it’s almost like little man syndrome find something to do besides police the tanner it’s not that serious!

They have all the machines like a hospital physical therapy room has. I paid $80 a visit with insurance for physical therapy but can do the same thing at Planet fitness for $10 or $24.95 a month. And I can go every day for one piece. Screw physical therapy at the hospitals.

Planet fitness is a great place . Go blow off steam. My favorite part is the tanning beds and massage chairs. lol it's a judgment free jmzone where you're able to feel confident and comfortable just being you and showing up. Iahwvtn gone in awhile, but I used go go to walk on the treadmill, and it was always a nice and spectacular time working out at my own steady pace. I never felt scared or intimidated to join anx I'd live to go back to planet fitness again soon

The gym is not very clean at night when it is not busy. The toilets, paper towel holders, and floors are the worst. I would understand if it was busier but it seems to be cleaner in the morning with someone regularly going around to restock and wipe down. There are three people standing at the desk talking or on their phones for the hour I am there in the evening. I came at a varying time in the evening and this has been a consistent problem. I hope to see this aspect improve especially because it is the calmer part of the day. The owner now wants me to take more time out of my day to figure out how to contact management and pass on the same information that they replied too. You’re being paid to manage your business I pay for a service. 1.) the app and website do not have direct contact information for management 2.) I shouldn’t have to take time out of my day to call the gym and speak to someone for you to make sure your facility is clean. Especially when you as the owner just acknowledged the review.

I loved planet fitness, they have a great atmosphere. Though, the cancellation policy is simply not reasonable. I came to the front desk, intending to cancel my account membership- this was before the next due date. They said that I would be able to cancel my membership, but I would still be charged for the next month. I was naturally motivated to just keep my membership going and work out, but in retrospect, I am highly disappointed, and don’t intend to return. I worked hard for my income, and it’s simply not fair that I wasn’t able to cancel immediately. Chii miigwetch.

First of all, the Planet Fitness cancellation policies are downright criminal if you ask me. My husband works all over the country and he can’t cancel his membership unless he walks into his home Planet Fitness, personally? Is he going to fly home to do this? I just spoke to the Mount Pleasant front desk and I don’t understand how you can cancel any membership under the sun, with any business right online, except Planet Fitness. They basically steal our money every month. He had to get a new credit card, and they started charging his new card and won’t refund it. We won’t be back. EVER. The public has been warned.

When I asked about when they are going to get new handle attachments for the cable machines I was told "when the current ones fall apart". When I told them 1 out of 4 was about to go, and was corroborated by another member, they said "we'll look". It was still there the next day.

Planet Fitness does not care about it's members. The local staff are all very pleasant, but Planet Fitness does not care about your fitness or your safety. They care about your membership fees. You are a just a dollar.

I've been a member off and on for several years. The quality of their equipment is excellent & always clean. And when they say it's a "Judgment Free Zone", which means a non-intimadating environment, that's exactly what you get. I've never felt self-conscious about how i look or how I workout. Which is a big deal bc i usually lack any body confidence & have very low self-esteem when it comes to my weight, but not at PF. I am completely comfortable w/my body when I'm there. The staff and personal trainers are truly passionate about their jobs. They work with you & inspire you to want to workout. I've been to Planet Fitness in 2 other states, and they're all the same. I trust that I'll get the same treatment & encouragement as I get at my home gym and they never let me down. PF is the only gym I'll ever go to and I highly recommend them! Love you guys in Michigan, Kentucky & Colorado

Only in town for the summer, so I signed up for the monthly classic membership planning to cancel when I leave for school in the fall. I go to a lot of different planet fitnesses and I usually love them. This planet fitness what not clean and not orderly. I went back to tan after signing up for a bed and being told it was ready to have a man come knocking on the door repetitively (even though I said I needed a minute to get dressed) and tell me that he needs me to get out and sit and wait for different bed. There was absolutely no need for more than one knock, did not make me feel very safe as a women.

This Planet Fitness is very nice. They just installed new equipment and the staff does a good job keeping it clean. Being a college town, it can get busy during certain hours. It's never too crowded but you may have to wait for a specific machine. The locker rooms are clean, and the staff is always friendly. The biggest draw back for me is that the water faucets in the men's locker room are almost always running. They need to be fixed. Put the Planet back in Planet Fitness. 🌎 ❤️ 😊
