The assistant manager working there (Emma) has very rude demeanor in her tone, and attitude, I was literally planning to join as I came in with a friend and I really like how it was a quiet place to work out, but her attitude and rudeness in explaning how she can't allow a black card member guest to use the hydromessage, although i did see they can get one time trial, regardless that is not the issue, the issue was her tone, and attitude, if she simply said that she can't or due to policy but it was as if she was trying to rub it on the face or something, and with such an attitude made me just wanne walk out, and definitely not join

As a black card member our guests should be treated with the same respect, not with attitude as if they shouldn’t be there, thats why we get the black card member to use its benefits

I've been going to this location consistently since 2023 and I've never had a problem. The staff are wonderful, really kind and helpful if needed. The vibe is Chill. Everyone's there to workout and I have made several friends of all kinds of ages while coming to this location. Even the occasional Influencer is Chill. They do their thing and dip or just start working out like everyone else. The 25 dollar membership is worth every penny because of access to the recovery spa plus you get access to all locations nationwide. 1000/10, highly recommended!

The whole promotion of letting high schoolers workout for free is the worst thing this franchise could do. This gym is packed at all times with groups of unsupervised teenagers fooling around and being inconsiderate of others. I’m considering canceling my membership during the summer months at this point.
I give three stars because the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Chris at the front desk has been so helpful and so nice. He made my whole experience coming in so welcoming. He gave me so much inforamtion and helped me get signed up. I loved the atmosphere and the gym set up. The 30 minute circuit area is amazing! I would highly recomend this location.

I decided to come to this gym the other day because my home (Clinton twp.) just recently took out the 30 minute circuit which I’m so bummed about. This gym still has it. This gym is super nice and clean, but the staff is even nicer. Chris at the front desk is super nice and super knowledgeable. He reassured me that the 30 minute circuit isn’t going anywhere for at least a few years. I like this gym and Chris so much that I have now changed this gym to my home gym. I took my friend with me as a guest and she liked the gym and Chris so much too that she signed up for a membership. Thank you so much Chris!!!

One of the worst planet fitness the hand sanitizers are empty for month now. Men's showers and rooms are always dirty i saw some trash on shower room where you change cloth then I come the second day it was still there. And I saw broken shower and nasty smell odor 5 days ago and today I come again the same shower is still leaking water and the bad smell.

Why don't you have a team to clean all your planet fitness. This stupid kids you hire they won't clean anything or replace the sanitizers.

been satisfied with Planet Fitness overall—the gym is clean, well-equipped, and the staff is friendly. However, canceling a membership is a nightmare. As a truck driver, I signed up in Macon, Georgia, not realizing I couldn’t cancel from just any location. Since I don’t live in Georgia, this has been extremely inconvenient. In today’s digital world, there should be an easier way to cancel instead of requiring an in-person visit or a mailed letter. Great gym, but they need to improve their cancellation process!

Best club I’ve been to - hands down! This particular location is the cleanest with the best vibe. The employee team members there are constantly cleaning. Employee’s are also welcoming, friendly, and accommodating (Felicia, Savanah, and Zach). The General Manager Felicia helped me change my gym on the app/website. Thank you staff for all you do.

I love this PF! This entire facility is clean and well kept. Manager Felicia is professional and personable. The example she sets for other staff shows in their how well they work together. I have to admit that this location is kind of annoying because of a couple reasons. They make you sign in if this location is not your home base location you signed up at. Any other Planet Fitness I go to just makes you sign in the normal way when you check in except this place. You have to check in and then sign in like you're an alien from another planet and when you want to use their Black Card Services after your workout, you got to look up your account again or at least give them your last name. Talk about alienating your customers. Another pretty big reason is that when you use their HydroMassage beds, they only give you 7 minutes where every other location is 10 minutes. It's like they can't get rid of you fast enough. Next!!.....

My locker was broken into Got robbed and they told me can’t help you we “don’t” have cameras been going there for only 2months and they say we don’t have camera’s because it’s judgment free zone can’t have cameras outside the gym. I joined this fitness club last month and my contract said I can bring a guest every day if I sign up for black membership unfortunately I did sign up with that but after one month that rude employee her name was Leah said she can’t let my guest use massages chair only one person can use that and totally different things was mentioned in my contract, I did complain at her manager did not do anything and she kept her attitude with me and I ended up canceling my membership at planet fitness, bad location bad employee attitude, I will never recommend to anyone.

The first time I went to workout there alot of people were eating pizza ?pizza 🍕,😂 But anyways the membership is cheap and they have alot of machines, free weights, massage table , but if you lift heavy somebody will hit the lunk alarm on you the red light will be flashing. My brother was deadlifting somebody hit the alarm on him and was kick out lol .

Wiping experience is a little subpar - seems like there are fewer paper towel + spray stations than there used to be and fewer than there should be.

UPDATE THANK TOU FOR CHANGING THE WEEKEND HOURS TO 10pm. And also if you can change all the treadmills and stair master to machines with the tap to connect with Apple IWatch that’ll be awesome!
There was only one there and it was wobbly but I would love to see more so I can track my workouts better!

Amy the manager here was so sweet, and the employee here are very nice as well, I came in and they’re doing pretty good with social distancing and everyone has a mask which I appreciate everyone doing!
