The entire time I was there neither of the employees behind the counter looked up from their phones even to greet people, which I’ve never seen happen at other planet fitness locations. This is also the only location that I’ve seen have so few leg machines, I counted 1 leg extension (that was taken by a phone and tripod but not a person?), 1 leg curl, 2 leg press, no hack squat, I wasn’t able to even do a workout because with such a lack of machines there was never any available. I even went to the 30 minute room and all of the leg machines were taken there as well, so I just left. This location also doesn’t offer hybrid tanning, and just seems like they are lacking in employee training and equipment variety / numbers. This is the location that made me decide to cancel my membership after being a member for 2+ years unfortunately

I've been to many good PF branches in my life, but this one is certainly one of the largest that offer a great variety of exercise equipment. The staff are always nice and friendly and the place stays clean and maintained. I'm giving a 4 out of 5 stars only because I wish PF had the barbell bench press and squat rack. I realize that the decision to not have them is probably a company-wide guideline, but maybe one day, they will add more equipment.

Pay the park and then stop being cheap. It was only $2 for two hours! Everyone that complain and gave me a negative review about the parking shame on you!

Now let’s review the facility. As an OTR driver first of all it is big, clear, and spacious. The male locker room was well-maintained. Overall, this facility exceeded my expectations and I would definitely recommend it to others.

It doesn't say which one this is, but the Standale and Grandville locations almost always have one of their Black card machines down. Wyoming is the furthest of the three listed here, but their machines are always working, and their floor space is incredible.

This place has many workout machines and the most cardio equipment I've seen in a gym ever! The massage chairs and hydro beds are worth every penny as well. Memberships are $10 for regular memberships or $25 for full access to massage chairs(worth it!) Equipment with locker rooms, showers and so many televisions with different programming. Staff is very accommodating and gym patrons are very conscious of wiping down machines after use. All in all very good experience after a month of working out here. Highly recommended for beginners to more advanced routines.

This location is amazing! The equipment is great and everything is very clean. I also love how even when they are fairly busy it is still quiet. They have lots of cardio equipment as well as strength training and free weights.

The women's locker room was huge and exceptionally clean. Remember to bring your own lock and if you want to watch TV you will need headphones with a 3.5mm plug. I love that this location also has smaller lockers on the floor that are monitored by cameras for valuables like keys, wallets and electronics, but to use those you need to bring your own lock.

Really glad I joined this gym! I feel I can workout without shame of how I look. Friendly and fun staff ready to help when needed. Met a new friend there which makes it more fun to continue going. I got the black card membership that allows you to bring a friend, use the tanners, massage chair and hydro massage anytime. Nice price and a HUGE selection of aerobic and strength building machines to use. Totally recommend it, at least the one in Roger's Plaza, Wyoming, MI.

There is an awesome trainer here that really knows his stuff. You tell him what you want to work and he individualizes a workout for you that targets exactly what you want. He listens and understands any struggles that might impede your workout success and works with you to overcome them or else tweaks your plan to fit your needs. He also knows about nutrition and will help you make a plan that suits you and helps build your body the way you want or just gives advice about how to eat healthy. He's perfect!

As of November 21st, we have had a new trainer start at the Roger's Plaza Planet Fitness location who is anxious to help people develop personally tailored exercise routines that fit your body, energy level, and health status to meet your needs and fitness desires! His name is Robert. His shirt says "TRAINER" on it, so hit him up and get started on your future!

I gave up my YMCA membership during the pandemic and started using this location for the most part. I work out at Planet Fitness locations all over the country when I travel for work. I would say this location is well managed and kept clean. The equipment is kept in good condition and if something breaks, they fix it. I would recommend going to this location over others.

So I just signed up, but i had to pay a past due balance and late fees. They waived only $10 of the late fee ,but i guess that's something.
