I came here for an open pole session. It’s a perfect little studio to practice in if you have some experience with pole and lyra! I loved that I was able to easily book an hour, play my music on the speaker, put a mat down, and just flow on my own time. The front door wasn’t marked but just walk in and you’ll see the door to the studio suite.

I absolutely love this studio! It’s clean and has 2 apparatus! Pole and Lyra! There’s not to many places in Detroit with a Lyra hoop so I was super excited to try it. Equipment is sturdy and cleaning supplies are available. She also has yoga mats, a Bt speaker and a tripod so that you can record yourself! I’ll definitely be back on my next day off!

I had an amazing experience! The instructor was very nice & welcoming! You literally feel like you’re dancing with your best friend! The studio was very clean & sanitary & honestly you can beat the price!! Just in an hour you learn so much, she even told us the proper after care so we wouldn’t be so sore lol. Highly recommended I attended poles and polish Valentine’s Day theme night and when I tell yall the vibes were great it was a room full of girls girls it was a safe place for women to regain confidence a place to unwind and remember who you are as a woman I wasn’t a mom I wasn’t a daughter nor was I a Aunty that night I was the me before those new names got attached to me.. poles and polish is a no judgement zone a little rolls-and tummy isn’t stopping anything stop by poles and polish to step into your femininity to gain, regain or sharpen up on your inner sexy while gaining a good fitness balance it’s worth the experience

I love this studio, I’m currently a pole instructor in ATL and when I was looking for a studio to teach at one of my friends send me Pole And Polish. The space was very clean and well kept. Jasmine ( the owner) was sooo sweet and genuine, her hospitality was top tier. she made a comfortable environment for me to work in. I’ve taught two classes there and a party. I will be booking with Pole and Polish every time I come back to Michigan.

Great clean studio and very personal atmosphere, A great place to practice those skills learning in class. It is an open studio style set up so you mist have pole or aerial experience in order to book, however they do offer private lessons, and also free coaching during some open sessions which is great. You definitely can polish up those pole moves.

I have been to a few of the Thursday classes and had a ball. I learned a couple of chair routines and learned a few pole tricks. I can’t wait to learn more. The coaches and the owner are amazing and the facility is so clean and cozy. Definitely 12/10
