Polysthenics is a unique group fitness center. We specialize in small group training. Each of our classes are less than 10 people, allowing our training staff to spend time with each of our members. Our workouts include: TRX, Kettlebells, Powerlifting, HIIT, Strength Training, Functional Training.

I’ve been coming to Polysthenics for almost a year, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The gym is always clean and well-equipped with a wide variety of machines. The classes are the perfect size, and everyone is super friendly and supportive. Zak is an amazing trainer—he’s knowledgeable and creates challenging, fun, and never-repetitive workouts. Highly recommend this gym and trainer!
