Moses is not only an amazing trainer but a really good guy! He's always looking out for you every step of the way making sure you are keeping to diet/fitness goals etc. He makes getting fit enjoyable and his methods are unique and they work! His plans are meticulous and he essentially doubles up as a nutritionist as he creates meals plans for you. It's been a real pleasure training with him and the I have seen amazing results in a very short space of time!

I have been working with Moses for 6 weeks now, long distance via zoom calls/sessions and workouts at my home gym and I am really enjoying this program! Motivation by Moses, has literally been a motivating experience for me. His workouts are both mind strengthening and soul building. He has helped me place a why behind what I do. I came to my first work out session looking to materialistically look better for the ladies. But he helped me see that deep down I needed to push past my insecurities and do this for my health.
