Let me tell you, Kim is great! I started attending her classes about 6months ago. My body and sole thank her!!! She has created an atmosphere that is very welcoming and judgmental free. She takes the time to have normal conversations and get to know each person. Highly recommend attending her classes!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Kim’s classes! I absolutely love going and feel amazing after each session! My flexibility and strength has improved so much! Kim is a talented instructor. I’m a stronger person due to her guidance. The practice incorporates yoga, flow, stretching, toning, posture, flexibility, balance, and mindset. Class is well organized and efficient. I always leave feeling I’ve gotten far more value than what I’ve paid for. The time spent at Project You Yoga has given me a new level of physical fitness.
Kim is open-hearted. Her yoga is both tranquil yet invigorating. She brings a fresh perspective to the mat each week using new twists and innovative threads. Relieving muscle release is skillfully blended with more challenging poses, stability, agility, and aerobic sequences to help you grow towards your potential. At each step, breathing is paired to the routine. Meditation closes class, improving concentration and lifting stress.
Kim has a strong devotion to yoga and meditation, eagerly sharing her passion for body and mental health. She is a supportive person, offering movement cues to direct students at all levels. Project You Yoga has been with me through elbow tendon surgery, back pain injections, Iliotibial Band problems, and Plantar Fasciitis. Kim works with and around issues, offering encouragement. She urges you to find your own path while connecting the movement of your body to your mind.
This class is an integral part of my self care. It has taught me to focus and breathe through everyday stressors, to take time for myself, and to benefit from calm meditations. Yoga elongates my muscles and reduces my risk of repetitive or age related injury. It enables me to engage in sprinting, dance, biking, and aerobics. It is a quiet compliment to an active chaotic lifestyle.
Kim’s love for yoga is substantial. She offers a pleasant environment that serves as an escape from worries. Her yoga experience is habit forming in a good way. Try Project You. Once is all it takes to appreciate her gift and start a journey for yourself.

I have been with Kim since she started her journey in opening her very own Yoga studio. Her studio is very welcoming. Kim is a great person and an amazing yoga instructor! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She walks you through your flow so smoothly. If you haven’t come to one of her classes your missing out! 🧘🏼♀️❤️

Besides taking a class or two 10 years ago… I am very new to yoga. I was excited to try it again and have really enjoyed the classes I have taken so far at Project You. The class moves quickly, but Kim did a wonderful job describing the poses as she led us through them, so that I didn’t always have to watch her. I am normally pretty active, but after class (or a day or so later) I can really feel like I have done something my body is not used to – and it is good! The class is both relaxing and challenging, which is exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend this studio!
