The classes are amazing! I've taken a variety of classes for 3+ years. All the instructors took the time to introduce themselves and are friendly and welcoming. You can tailor the workouts to your fitness level. Love this gym and the classes. I will continue going for years to come!

Love the atmosphere. Affordable and extremely clean. Group fitness classes are incredible. Probably the best thing I love about this place is it's made for all fitness levels. Go see for yourself. Truly a gym for every "body". So no matter who you are, what color you are, how big or small you are, what your beliefs are, you are welcome here. No body shaming just body changing.

The staff is great! Super helpful and supportive. The gys is also not crowded and has a great vibe. The only downside of the gym is that it is on the smaller side and there is not a lot of space to work on your own if you're not using equipment.

I’ve been a personal trainer in Grand Rapids for 2 years, and I’ve been a part of multiple different gym chains, including planet fitness, powerhouse, crunch, LA Fitness, SNAP, family fitnsss, Golds (been to Venice beach location) and more. This gym is a great place to train year round. They have all of the equipment that you need for any type of training. The square footage is a bit small, and if they experienced a continued growth of gym members without restriction I could see space being a problem, but right now I never have an issue getting a workout in and when I go there is usually 2-5 people there at a time. Staff is friendly, pricing/contract is transparent and simple. Nobody is trying to steal your money here.

I haven't gone yet due to having surgery but the owner talked with me about my options and I loved the communication and can't wait to join and start training with a personal trainer.
