Love the quick workout I can get in! I highly recommend it.
My only suggestion would be possibly having the music a bit lower. I struggle with migraines sometimes and the music level overbears the instructors voice so hopefully that can be modified.

Joining the PWR method many months ago was one of the best decisions that I did for myself. Their workouts are great, the music is fun and each instructor really wants their members to thrive. Itβs a warm community of people that makes each class worth it. **2 Months Later**
Wow. Truly all I can say is wow... I usually never come back to edit my reviews or add more but I can't say enough amazing things about PWR method. I joined back in April after a pretty horrible skiing accident. After months of therapy, surgeries and trying to get back in shape nothing has worked quite like PWR method. This is the very best workout I've ever had and honestly the happiest and healthiest I have felt. Physically, mentally, emotionally and even on a spiritual level. It's a workout, therapy and community in one. Every single instructor I've been in class with is amazing. I've taken classes with Lyndsay (so strong, encouraging and knowledgeable), Kendra (the most encouraging, hypes you up and brings the energy), Elyse (such a rockstar on the bike, so kind) and Nicole (an absolute beast, I get my best stats in her classes and am pushed to new cycle limits each time). The facility is in tip top shape, there are shoes to borrow, fresh towels on each bike, the best sound/light system, and truly no judgment from anyone no matter where you are in your journey. One of the best parts? After every class you get sent your stats. For a data nerd like me, it's truly the icing on the cake so I can track my progress, gauge areas for improvement and get my "little gold star" lol on difficult days.
I hope this place never closes down or moves too far away. If you're on the fence, just do it. You won't regret it.
**April Review**
I found PWR right before their grand opening and the timing could not have been more perfect! I was welcomed in and Taylor showed me how to set up my bike, get my shoes, and walked me through what to expect from classes. This is my 4th class in 1.5 week and I'm OBSESSED. this is the most fun I've had while working out ever and hands down the most comprehensive and brilliantly difficult work out!

As someone who was looking to get back into shape, this has been the perfect place. Was recommended by a friend. So glad I gave pwr method a chance. Everyone is so welcoming, truly a no judgement zone. Great for all fitness levels. Offers cycling classes, strength/Core class, and a combo class of cycling/strength.

PWR Method is the best of both worlds! You get the best cycling classes AND strength/core classes. I love that there is a mix of both so you can pick/choose what class you're in the mood for. PWR Method is perfect if you're looking for a true full body workout. The atmosphere, instructors and music make this studio so unique and FUN! If you're hesitant to try it just do it! You will feel so welcomed when you arrive and so strong when you leave. Highly recommend!
