I love working out at Rebel Strength and Fitness!! This gym is everything I was looking for in strength training. Learning to lift heavy and challenge my body has been such an awesome experience. Every workout is programmed so you always go in with a plan. The coaches are amazing. They thoroughly explain and demonstrate each exercise. All exercises can also be modified to fit your personal fitness level or limitations. Strength training at Rebel is available for anyone no matter your age or personal abilities. Rebel is more than just a gym, it’s a community that will encourage you, help you build confidence and offer a sense of belonging and guidance to become your best self. Love it here. Group strength training is so fun, and you quickly become a part of the community. It's so nice not having to worry about which workouts to do as well. You show up and it's all written on the board, and the trainer walks you through each exercise at the beginning of the class. Would recommend this place to anyone

I have tried other gyms, but Rebel is more than that it's a community. Great coaches that really make the difference. The results I have achieved in the last 6 months at Rebel are unmatched. What can I say about Rebel Strength & Fitness that hasn’t already been said in all the other reviews? This place is the perfect gym for ANYONE. I was someone who was too nervous to workout because I didn’t know what to do. Coach Steph (and all the other coaches) immediately put my mind at ease with her knowledge and positivity. Rebel is a home away from home for everyone who joins. You become comfortable in your own skin the instant you walk through the door. The workouts are challenging but fun. I’ve been a part of the Rebel community for several years and have watched so many transformations. When we aren’t working out we are laughing, singing and having so much fun at the post workout parties!! Stephanie, the owner, is so full of energy and the most positive person I know. I came into this gym after having a herniated disk and not working out in close to 4 years. I was hurting and tired of being in pain. My PT had recommended strength training and I found my way to Rebel. I have been here just over a year now and it has been such a great journey. I started out light and easy and listened to my body and the coaches, I still have my bad days where I take it easy but I am able to push myself and have gained SO much strength. There are people from every age group, every ability and every body type. There is a place for you here

This is my favorite place to workout! They have early classes for those of us who have to get to work early in the morning. The strength training mixed with the daily workouts has been the most enjoyable type of workout for me. Stephanie and the coaches are awesome and make everyone feel welcome and strong! I have only been working out here for four weeks and I can't imagine working out anywhere else. Stephanie is the best owner, and her help with coaching through the 5 week challenge has been like having a personal trainer, she really cares about your goals and success. In addition all the other trainers are amazing, and every member has been super supportive and friendly. It is definitely like a family, and I have zero regrets paying for a full year membership! I wouldn’t want to start my morning any other way than with this gym. I love the structure this gym has targeting specific movements and muscle groups. I have been able to gain strength while recovering from a car accident injury. Stephanie is a great coach and owner, and she runs the best events and classes.

Went to a class with a friend to see what this gym was all about. This gym and it’s trainers blew me away. Not only was everyone super friendly, but the trainers really showed interest in each person’s workout. They gave different modifications of each move for all different levels of personal fitness. Stephanie was great, knowing that I was new to this type of group setting and exercises she took the time to personally walk me through the new moves I was unsure of how to do. Would definitely recommend Rebel Fitness to anyone looking to get into group fitness, learning to lift weights or use equipment or just work on getting back into exercising!

I visited Stephanie's gym while visiting Michigan from Connecticut. Stephanie was the absolute best mix of being both incredibly welcoming and being excellent at her craft. The facility was very clean (big,
big bonus points from me) and the class I took felt like an old friend. Well, the kind of friend that's super fun but also leaves you unable to lift your arms the next day. Ha! I can't say enough good things about Rebel Strength and Fitness. They don't sacrifice professionalism or community here - they excel at both. If I lived in the area, I would absolutely make Rebel my go-to place for fitness.

How have I not left a review yet!? I’ve been a member at Rebel for about a year and a half. Stephanie and all of the coaches are the most supportive, helpful and kind people you could ever train with. There is always a mix of fitness levels in every class which makes it easier to master the movements at your own pace and skill level without feeling embarrassed or unsure. The coaches are always walking around improving your posture or giving words of encouragement throughout the entire class. Rebel has become a second family full of awesome people from all walks of life. I cannot recommend this gym enough!

Starting out at a new gym can be intimidating but I've personally seen many brand new faces come through the doors and the staff go out of their way to help them transition. I’ve never enjoyed working out. I’ve always found it boring and never knew how to work the equipment. I was too introverted to ask for help. I decided to take a large step out of my comfort zone and take classes at Rebel.....I love it here. The coaches are absolutely wonderful and know how to help you. There’s zero judgement and everyone there wants you to succeed. It’s a real community of people who just want you to do better in life. The positive energy leaking from this place is contagious. I hadn’t worked out in a gym for 5 years but was actively looking for a new gym. After working with a great Personal Trainer for 6 years, I was hoping to find a gym with Coach-lead group training and was fortunate to find this at Rebel! Great community of people of all ages at different levels of fitness. Owner Stephanie and her team are wonderful. Very reasonably priced, clean, great energy and lots of motivation. You won’t be disappointed!

Rebel strength and fitness has changed my whole outlook on working out and sticking with it! I know without this gym and the wonderful community I would still have my 10 dollar membership to a gym that I might have stepped into twice a year. Here I’m in the gym 4 days a week. The gym has helped me change my lifestyle for the best! I have met some of the kindest people that always are cheering each other on and challenging each other to do their best. If you are like me and nervous about trying a new place out or being afraid that you are not to a athletic standard don’t be worried at all!! This is the gym for you, everything is brought down to a level that needs to be for you. When i started i was doing basic stuff but just getting moving is what i needed. Now i am shocked by how far i have came where i continue to strive for!!! Come on in and give a class a try. Believe me if i can do it you can do it!!!!

This is the place to go to get the most of your workout experience. Every session is like having your own personal trainer! Stepanie's goal is to challenge each and everyone one of her clients to be the best they can be In a fun and challenging atmosphere.
