I’ve been working with Anthony at Replab in Waterford for the past few months, and I can confidently say it’s been a transformative experience for both my physical health and overall mindset.

My husband had a very bad stroke almost three years ago! One of his passions was working out he absolutely loved it! It was very difficult for me to help him to work out when he was able to go back to the gym. He started working out with Anthony one on one at rep lab and they work out so well together! Putting together programs for strengthening his weaker muscles and working on stretches. It’s very humbling to see how much focus goes into just one person to try to make a difference! Everyone who is a part of this gym is fantastic!! Highly recommend

Rep lab is the best decision I have made for my fitness journey. I am very particular in the types of gyms I want, and this place checks all the boxes. Anthony is motivating and personable. He takes the time to get to know what I’m looking to achieve, and gives me the push I need to keep going. He also has the best music to get you through the workout.
