We are a functional fitness gym specializing in aerobic, anerobic & HIIT style workouts that include dumbell, barbell and bodyweight strength training. Extremely knowledgeable coaching! I've had nothing but positive experiences at RST. The workouts are challenging and everything is scalable to your level. The other members are great to be around too! I would highly recommend coming in and seeing what it is all about!

This gym has been an amazing part of my life for a few years now. Jen runs a tight ship and it feels like you’re getting personal training in each class. Classes are small but I never feel like anyone is competing with me, judging me, etc. I’ve noticed gains - both physically and mentally - from this gym. Great community too!!
