Rockford Pilates Studio offers individual and group reformer classes that are led by instructors who are passionate about movement and trained in the pilates method. Our classes are as diverse as the people who fill them, and each session is dedicated to the fine art of connecting, strengthening, and healing your body through pilates. Whether your goal is to recover from an injury, improve your athletic performance, or simply find joy in movement, we have a class for you!

The most amazing studio and people! Pilates helped give me strength and the love of working out again. Every instructor is amazing and so understanding! I could never imagine going to a different studio. Me and my sister love to take a class and then get breakfast after because Rockford is the cutest!

Pilates is my favorite form of exercise and there's just no better instructor than Stacy. She seriously knows her stuff (her background in physical therapy is evident in every class), and I have learned so much about my own body and the right (and safe!) way to keep it strong and flexible over the past few months. I have felt completely comfortable and yet challenged each day! The studio itself is bright and welcoming, with high-end quality machines and a warm, friendly atmosphere. The two other instructors, Caylin and Brienne, are also excellent. Small class sizes (max of 5) allow for lots of attention to correct form and individual needs and modifications. Making friends in these small classes also increased my accountability and made classes so much more enjoyable. I'm so grateful to have Stacy and Rockford Pilates here in our community!

Had my first one on one session with Stacy and was amazed by the entire process and experience. I personally have never tried or knew much about pilates. As a healthcare provider myself, I believe this is a great way to stay moving and improve upon the body’s limitations.
P.S. It is good for men to do this also and they shouldn’t be afraid of branching out to different forms of movement.

My first pilates sessions were one-on-one sessions with Stacy a few years ago. At the time, I had experienced several years of low back pain that limited my daily activities. After 8 weeks of once-weekly sessions, I no longer had pain and had regained core strength and flexibility. When Stacy opened Rockford Pilates this year, I was excited to sign up for group classes. Once again, after about 6-8 weeks, I noticed significant changes in my strength, muscle tone, and flexibility from once-weekly sessions. While I no longer have ongoing back pain, I occasionally find some exercises more difficult to do. Stacy makes immediate and individualized modifications for anyone in the class who has trouble spots. I trust her guidance as a pilates instructor who also has years of additional training and experience as a physical therapist. I highly recommend Rockford Pilates to anyone who is interested in giving it a try!
