There is no one better at getting you in shape than Jon Woodward. Not only are the classes the most fun you will ever have working out, you will also get in the best shape of your life. It’s the workout that will ruin all other workouts! From the outside it can seem intimidating but Jon Woodward has the best gift of tailoring the class to the people. No matter if it’s your first class or your 300th you’ll be challenged but have the greatest time. It’s impossible not to get in shape from this class. This is the best workout on the planet and you will not be disappointed once you come. Just show up and you’ll be hooked!

My favorite work out ever! I've never been one to be so consistent with a class but Jon Woodward. He is simply the best boxing instructor out there. He motivates and also encourages while you are in class. No pressure, just really great results because it is so naturally motivating. Also everyone in the classes are always so down to earth and it's easy to make friends. So if you are new to the area and want abs and to meet cool people, this is your place.

Best boxing gym by far!! I’ve been training with Jon Woodward for over 5 years and he not only pushes you physically to be in the best shape of your life but also mentally as well. It’s such a fun and challenging workout nothing compares! It can be intimidating to try something new but everyone is so welcoming and you can truly start at any fitness level and work your way up. Definitely worth giving it a try!!

Jon Woodward is truly the GOAT. I’ve been going to his classes for over ten years, and to this day, I’ve never experienced an instructor who compares. His energy is unmatched! He will challenge you, support you, and somehow make working hard feel enjoyable. On top of all that, he’s an amazing person and keeps it real. His classes are just as supportive for your mental health as they are for your physical health. You always leave feeling stronger, lighter, and better than when you walked in. It doesn’t matter if you’re doing the Grind or Sculpt, every class he teaches is amazing and nothing gets me in shape and improves my conditioning like his workouts! I can’t recommend him enough.

I started training with Jon Woodward in 2015,coming from a gymnastics background I figured cardio kickboxing would be something I could use to keep in somewhat decent shape. I was completely wrong. JON’S style of training is not something to keep you in shape, it completely changes your life. The Fat shredding “Grind” (45minutes cardio, 15 of core) will transform you, no matter what body type in days not weeks. Then there’s the sculpt class (25 minutes cardio boxing 25 free weights and 10 minutes of core) that you can take to tone and build muscle. The combination of Jon’s unique training style,playlist and the layout of the studio is something you must experience.There is zero judgement only encouragement at Savant. Come in and take a class, it’s an experience you won’t regret.
