I'm so glad i found Sculpt! As someone who has never been athletic, I've had a lot of anxiety about exercising around others. The small class sizes and friendly trainers here have made me feel comfortable from the start. It's been awesome seeing how much stronger and better i feel after just a few months! 4 months ago, I was new to weight lifting. I never had success at typical gyms because I was too afraid to look like I didn’t know what I was doing. Enter: the trainers at Sculpt. They got to know me, my personal goals, and my weaknesses, and even though the classes are in groups, they’re always there to give you personal attention if/when you need it! I’ve learned so much about weight lifting in the last few months that I would feel confident enough to go to another gym and do it solo (but I’m not ready to leave yet — I love the trainers and friends I’ve made!). Love the all women atmosphere too — everyone is so supportive and has a lot of insight about our female bodies and how to best fuel and take care of ourselves.

I have loved my experience at Sculpt! Before joining, I never really understood the basics of strength training and never would've known what to do with free weights... but Sculpt has taught me the fundamentals and helped me build a consistent routine. Now I feel comfortable, and even excited, to go to the gym (including other gyms!). I love the classes -- the size is just right and the workouts are always varied. Kiaya is an awesome coach, and I really enjoy her classes. I appreciate that she corrects my form when something can be improved and encourages me to challenge myself when she knows I can handle it. Anyone who knows me knows I am not a morning person (and tbh I’m still not) but I love starting my mornings at Sculpt before work. The fact that I willingly get up early for Kiaya’s classes pretty much says everything! I also find the personal coaching meetings with Hannah to be helpful. Hannah is also really encouraging and has helped me come up with a great system for keeping myself accountable. She has also helped me identify where I can make improvements in other areas of my life -- like drinking enough water, eating enough protein, and getting enough sleep. Overall, I would recommend Sculpt to anyone. It's a really supportive, happy environment that has made me feel like I can build a sustainable workout routine... and honestly, it's fun!

This not like any other gym! The trainers are incredibly skilled but more than that they care about you as an individual. An injury sat me down but Sarah sat with me to talk out what I was dealing with and for the first time I pushed through some emotional barriers. Kaiya’s classes are top tier and Hannah is an incredible one on one coach. You really will transform here but not just surface level.

I love this place! I am 2.5months into my 3 month kickstart program, it’s such a challenging and supportive environment. I hurt my back in February and was concerned about re-injury with going back to strength training. They really stress form, technique, and constantly check in and suggest adjustments while training. I am down inches in my waist and can see my body recomposition( I am not weighing myself until the 3 months is over). I have been looking for a place like this since stopping my old training routine, so glad I’m here! Special kudos to Hannah, Kiaya, and Sarah!

I have been attending to the studio since November 2024. This is a wonderful community I love the fact that is only for women. I do not feel comfortable with my body to go to a gym and finding sculpt has been a game changer. I have a great fitness coach that encourage me to keep going. Despite her young age she is well versed in women’s topics like perimenopause/ menopause and her suggestions have been game changer.

All the class coaches are great and keep you motivated during the whole session not to mention the playlists!! Classes are not overcrowded which is great since the coach will be able to give each person the attention deserve and the right direction when needed.
Aside from the regular classes from time to time there are challenges you can join for a specific goal (fat loss, gain muscular mass, etc). I also participated at a familiarization class where you learn the correct form to do certain exercises or to lift weights.

Overall experience has been great, my mood has improved, my overall health is getting better, my body is getting in shape and I am starting to notice some muscles 💪🏼. I feel stronger.

No matter your age if you are looking for a place to help your journey this is the place to be. You can be a beginner (like me) or an expert they got you! 😊

Love Sculpt! My friend and I joined together at the beginning of the year and it’s the most consistent I’ve been with my health in forever. There are a variety of classes and times which fit no matter what our days look like. The instructors are very hands-on and help with any modifications or adjustments needed. The one-on-one video check-ins help me stay on top of my goals and give me someone to talk to about my goals - or even to help set them when I’m not sure . Yeah, there are less expensive places to work out but I wanted results and not just a membership I didn’t use. Highly recommend!

Love all the trainers, they are so welcoming and SO knowledgeable. Victoria and Kiwi have helped me so much with my back injury and getting back to being able to lift with proper form. The only complaint is that it's a small studio so it gets a tiny bit crammed at times but they do a good job of scheduling classes and PT out so it doesn't happen often. If you're thinking about joining, do it!

I love working out at Sculpt! I took a class through ClassPass and I loved Sculpt so much that I signed up for a membership after 1 class. The classes are small so the trainer has time to watch and help every during each class. I'm constantly challenged every workout and I enjoy going to the classes, which is crazy for me because I've never been excited to workout. Everyone at the studio is super nice and supportive. Sculpt has honestly changed my life. I started working out here at the end of August 2024. Within my first three months, I lost 30 pounds with the help of my coach Nicole, trainer Kiaya and the entire team making sure I stuck with it. I love that it’s an all female gym. You’ll meet wonderful women, all working towards the same goal of bettering ourselves. I love that the classes are 30 minutes and that each day offers something different. BONUS: there’s never more than 8 people in a class. Their challenges are also really helpful with staying on track and being included with groups that motivate each other. I’m so glad I found sculpt. I have surprisingly broken my record of staying active and not giving up. Fitness has become apart of my lifestyle whether I’m making it to the gym or using their YouTube videos at home. The vibes are immaculate. I recommend Sculpt to everyone looking for a fun workout spot to help change their life.

I joined Sculpt Studios this summer and it was the best decision I could have made for my physical and mental health. I moved to a new state and was looking for some sort of fitness routine and community. Not only do you get a supportive all-women community, but you’re also paired with a nutrition coach and receive 1:1 health and fitness guidance. When joining, you get access to a 3-month kickstart program to help you build stronger habits. This is so helpful when you’re first starting out in your health journey! & they have challenges each season to help with accountability. I love Sculpt!!! This training studio is cute, it’s pink, and actually smells pleasant when you walk in the door! Parking is easy and free which is huge. And the trainers are very knowledgeable and hands on- helping you with proper form and encouraging you along the way. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. No drama, no attitudes. I finally found a gym!!! And after 2 months of coming twice a week I can say that I don’t plan on missing a workout- which means a lot from someone who’s always had a problem with consistency.

I booked Sculpt Studios's Arm & Abs class through Classpass. I booked a week in advance and it allowed me to book as there were spots available. I showed up to the studio yesterday a little after 4pm for the 4:15pm class I was booked for. When I went to check in I got, "we sent you an email". Well, apparently, at 2:36pm the same day as my class, they emailed me to basically tell me they gave my spot in the class to a member since they are more important than people booking through Classpass. That was less than 2 hours before the class started. That is less than an hour before I left work to drive 30 minutes to the class. That was just rude of them. On Classpass, the cancelation policy for this gym is "Cancel 12 hours in advance to avoid a $28.00 late cancellation fee. A missed reservation will result in a $31.00 fee.". What is the policy if the studio cancels on me? Shouldn't they have to give me the same courtesy of 12 hours?

While standing there annoyed as I was booked for the class I now could not participate in, I was told things like I could book for a different day. However, how do I know this will not just happen again, that my class spot is taken away less than 2 hours before the start of class? The worker behind the desk would not let me still participate in the class as the class already had 8 people, they like to keep the groups small, and the trainer is already overwhelmed today. I went back to my car to try to book a different workout class for the same day/time but it was too late/last minute. So instead of taking the Sculpt Studios class I was excited about, I had no workout and was stuck in traffic on the way home. But don't worry, Sculpt Studios gave me my 2 credits on Classpass back for everything is good (sarcastic).

Been going here for 3 months now and absolutely love it! All the trainers are friendly, non-judgemental, and make sure your form is looking good in class - the best part is that the classes are small like 6-9 girls max so the trainer gets to pay attention to your form and give you advice, if needed.

I also love how they are also interested in being healthy as a whole - mentally, physically, and emotionally - you can participate in challenges that they have and get to have one-on-one check ins with a Trainer where they make sure to address your personal challenges or road blocks to whatever your personal health goals are. My experience at Sculpt Studios has been nothing short of life changing! When I first joined, I had been dealing with a compressed disc in my back that had left me unable to exercise at the level I used to. I was afraid to lift weights on my own for fear of aggravating my back. I joined Sculpt to hopefully help heal my back and get back in shape with the help of a dedicated professional. All the girls at the studio were super welcoming and helpful from the start! I eventually connected with Kiaya, who is now my primary personal trainer. With her guidance, I’ve made so much progress! I’m now doing exercises I thought I may never be capable of doing again. Additionally, my back pain has decreased significantly. I’m no longer living in constant fear of my next back spasm, thanks to the strength I’ve been able to build at the studio. I couldn’t recommend Sculpt more!

A clean, cute and comfortable studio to work out in. There’s a small shared parking lot that’s free to use, which is a plus.

All the instructors are super friendly. They will keep an eye on your form and push you when needed. The variety of exercises is also great.

I like the semi private classes because you still get the attention from the instructor. The space can get a little tight though, sometimes.

The studio recently added more time slots to the calendar for more flexibility and their app is super beneficial to booking classes.

The restrooms also include extra hair ties if you need one! Check it out!

I joined Sculpt Studios when I was around 7-8 months postpartum, and have been addicted since then! Sculpt is an empowering experience. I’ve worked with every trainer in the group classes, and each one is knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about health/fitness. They work with you on form, pushing you to reach those personal goals. Before Sculpt, I never saw myself deadlifting or bench pressing heavy weights. I always thought that was only possible for the typical Instagram look. Since joining, however, I learned I am capable of more than I thought. I’ve tried a lot of different gyms, workout classes and trainers over the years but have always struggled staying consistent/motivated. Sculpt Studios is the first that I have been able to stick with consistently. When I first walked in to training, I told Nicole that I probably wouldn’t make it past the first month. I have always hated fitness and I was essentially a yo-yo dieter.
