Hire Kyle. He’s the real deal - whether in person or virtual - he’ll meet you where you are and help you get to where you want to be on your fitness journey. I started working with Kyle about 2 months ago as a virtual client. I can’t say enough good about the experience so far. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Kyle has a gift that goes beyond fitness.
I was excited at the prospect of working with a personal trainer, but unsure how the virtual aspect would work since I’d been doing group fitness prior and thrived off the collective energy and accountability. How would he coach me if we wouldn’t even workout together? Well, with Kyle, accountability, motivation, and helping you with your form is just the start (all of which still feature prominently in the virtual setting). I am most impressed that Kyle is able to meet me where I am now AND help me work a path to where I want to be. Our weekly meetings are about more than "how was your workout?" He helps me mindfully set goals, celebrates my wins, and encourages me to focus on progress, not perfection. When life lifes, Kyle doesn't shame me, but offers grace AND helps me keep on track with my goals.
He's tailored a workout to meet my needs, limits, and goals - which has been particularly important to me because I kept getting injured in my previous training regimen. I’ve been physically active my whole life and the last few years life has happened and I found myself in the worst shape ever. Since I'm not 20 anymore, it wasn't as simple as jumping back in the deep end, well not if I wanted to walk the next day.
With Kyle, I've learned that coaching is about more than pushing you to do that extra set or helping you with your form. He has helped me reconnect with and listen to what my body is telling me, without tempering my drive for growth and improvement.

I met Kyle through a group fitness class at my church. At first, I was only doing it help a friend with her health journey, but then Kyle's approach to the classes reinvigorated my passion for fitness. Now I am working out with Kyle independently. Kyle has even designed a workout specifically for me and my abilities. Boy, what a work out! Kyle is so encouraging, challenging, motivating, and determined to get me stronger.
