I guess you aren't checking your emails or voicemails so I don't know of any other way to reach you other than leaving a review. I enjoyed snap fitness for the obvious 24/7 access making it easy to go anytime of day or night. Clean facility for the most part. Never too crowded which I really liked.

Great gym! The owner is friendly, it's always clean, and 24-hour access is a huge plus (not many in the area). Plenty of cardio and weightlifting equipment available including a deep dumbbell rack. Highly recommend!

I came and looking for a gym close to home and found this one. I went in and I spoke to Dar and he was super welcoming and insightful on the things we spoke about . I told him this was a really hard time for me and he helped me with a membership. Thanks for looking out Dar.

I cancelled my membership last month and was charged again June 1 (yesterday). The attachments are terrible . The treadmills don't incline past 5 or don't work at all. Limited equipment and variation of machines .They only have 1 bathroom for each male and female with literally 1 toilet and no locker rooms. No showers available. Owners never available when contacted. This is the Holland location not sure about the Allendale or grand rapids locations.

Dar is fantastic and very straightforward. The gym is clean and the equipment is in great condition. Highly recommend this gym!! Much better experience here than the previous gym I was at, and there’s no contract which is also a plus.

Since Dar has taken ownership about 8 months ago this place has turned around substantially in overall atmosphere, professionalism, assistance, and cleanliness. He is a certified personal trainer and a specialist in fitness nutrition who knows his stuff and is very knowledgeable! He is there during posted hours and then some and takes great pride in his gyms and it shows. He is very approachable and personable and is interested in helping you to achieve your fitness goals or to answer any questions that you may have.

I've attended this gym for about 2 years now and would go 2-3 times a week and saw minimal progress in weight loss and muscle gains following my own regimen.

Since working with Dar and heeding his advice, I've lost weight and gained more lean muscle mass compared to the previous year and a half. He has motivated and pushed me like no other. My bench press weight has doubled and all other weighted exercises have also grown exponentially. The results are outstanding and very motivating! I have increased my visits to 4-5 times per week as I look forward to going to this gym to further improve myself and to gain further insight from Dar.

I would highly recommend this Snap Fitness gym to anyone!

I started going too this Snap 3 months ago, and I couldn't be happier. I became a client of the new owner Dar, and asked him too help me burn as much fat in 3 months as possible, as i had plenty of time in the summer. My family joined and him and his wife helped us tremendously with open arms. I lost 50 lbs in 3 months, my wife lost 33 lbs, and my son lost 9 lbs. His family blew our expectations away. This is only the beginning for us, but they helped us crush our starting goals. Before for starting i was very sick, terrible acid re-flux, hiccups for days. Ambition's were low, zero confidence, and a lack of motivation. Within 3 months all that is gone. They are more than mentors too us, They became great friends too us. I am so thankful of all the years in my life I have gained back. There is plenty of equipment too get what needs too be done, done. Even when busy, people are respectful, and usually willing too lend a hand.

Smaller in size. But decent equipment. Dumbbells up to 100 lbs. Mostly machine equipment. Tanning available, but you have to pay extra monthly for it. Always clean. Not usually, terribly busy. If you go between the hours of 4-7pm it can be a little busy. Staff is always friendly and helpful when present.

The equipments were not well maintained. There were no drinking fountain. Besides drinking water from the bottles and paper cups. Which were very inconvenient.

Was out of country on orders, card expired. And got sent to a collection agency for 60$. Never called my wife, never sent any mail, just straight to collections . This was after being a member for several years.
Other gyms have same pricing around town with showers, and more equipment. My wife joined Family Fitness, got daycare, and both of us under her membership for 34$ a month. Copying this review to the other location as well.
