As a busy person who is not a real fan of most gym-type exercise, I have become a big fan of QuickHit. The one-on-one appointments help me keep the commitment, the trainers are encouraging and patient, and I’m seeing great results — weight, toning, strength, and a better golf game! The best aspects are that it’s only 20 minutes (anyone can fit that in their schedule!), the workouts aren’t sweaty so I can go on with my day, and I don’t have to make any decisions about what to do, for how long, if my form is right, etc. I just show up and do what they tell me! I highly recommend Alex, Ana, and QuickHit. Give it a try.

I started QUICK HIT at the end of January of this year, 2022. I have tried several weight loss, getting healthy, getting in shape, programs and did ok for a short while but then failed. Failed all of them!! I said I was never going to spend another dime on trying to lose weight. God put Quick Hit right in front of my face. I had never heard of it and all of a sudden it came up on Facebook page so, I filled out the form to be contacted, tried out my first 4 sessions and the rest is history!! THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE FOR MYSELF. Since January, I have lost 30 lbs, lost 22 inches, have changed my eating habits and have figured out how to make better choices. I have muscle tone and I feel strong. Ana is my trainer and she is not only a trainer but an amazing friend. She keeps me focused, keeps me on track and she is my greatest cheerleader. Other classes I have done are full of people so if I decide not to go to the morning session, no one will know. With Quick Hit, it is one on one. I know Ana is there waiting for me and she WILL Know if I miss, great accountability. I also just had my yearly physical with my physician and had my blood work done. Comparing my blood work from 2021 to 2022, many positive changes in that too. If you are looking for something that doesn’t require hours in a gym several days a week, check QUICK HIT out. I was unsure about 20 minute workouts until I started with a program in Dallas. When I moved back to W Michigan I found Quick Hit to be a great continuance of my successful workouts in Dallas. The one on one experience is great to target areas YOU want to target. Twenty minutes twice a week with what amounts to a great “weight program” is ideal for reaching my goals. Weight loss, strength building, core strength…… this program is excellent!!! I am so impressed with the Spring Lake staff.

I feel these closely match my goals:
Protect your heart. Just like the rest of the muscles in our bodies, our heart needs to be strengthened through regular activity to remain healthy and strong. ...
Slim down. ...
Keep your memory sharp. ...
Improve your mood. ...
Sleep better.
All of this comes with just 20 minutes twice a week. Also, dietary counseling is a great benefit that is included. The importance of protein right after a workout was something I was encouraged to do and it makes all the difference. You are personally assessed in intervals to check your progress. I love Quick Hit!!!!

This 20 minute workout is the best thing I've done for myself! I have more energy,more muscle,less fat,incredible endurance and feel awesome! Ana Cousineau has been an amazing trainer,she's professional, knowledgeable and lots of fun. I sleep better, by changing things in my diet I've had very little to none of my RLS taking over my legs. My clothes fit so much better and people compliment me all the time. I'm 64 and in the best shape of my life.This has truly been a life changing decision for me and I'm glad I took it.

A 20-minute full body workout? It sounded too good to be true but it works! Paula is really knowledgeable and encouraging. All sessions are 1-on-1 in a clean, brand new facility. I read the positive reviews from the Cascade location and it won't be long before the positive reviews start stacking up for the Spring Lake location. It's a little pricy but you get a lot of bang for your buck and it's really easy to fit this into any schedule. Online scheduling is easy and you can track your progress which is really cool.
