The Total Body Strength class with Beth just flies by — it always seems much shorter than an hour when I’m there. She does a great job making sure we feel comfortable and explains what we’re supposed to be doing with great detail so you’re never wondering. Beth also structures class with variety so I never get bored. I just signed up for my 4th session!

Kristina is very versatile in her training. Specifically she has taught me quite a bit from mobility flaws and exercises to correct them to powerlifting techniques and helping me strengthen my bench. Her gym is very clean and has that old school feel to it.
