Absolutely love this studio! It’s private, welcoming, and such a fun way to get a solid workout in. Precious is phenomenal. She’s so knowledgeable and motivating. She’ll make you feel comfortable, but she will not let you slack off (in the nicest way possible lol). Every class leaves you feeling strong, confident, and sore in the best way.
If you're looking for a studio that actually challenges you but still feels chill and supportive, THIS is the spot. 10/10 recommend.

I randomly joined my friend for a 1 on 1 class with Precious back in July of 2020 and it was a wrap after that! I was obsessed!

I was curious about pole fitness and thought it would just be a one time novelty class but I was wrong. I currently have the gold membership and have been working out twice a week ever since :) I can see results in being more tone and fit. My energy is way up and I just love the studio! Precious and Joy are great mentors and amazing people. If you’re looking to invest in yourself this is a great option.
