The girls that are in charge of the Events are amazing! They were at an event at Sky Zone and were such great brand ambassadors for the golf course! Entertaining and interactive with the children was such a pleasure to have them!

Not impressed with this course. Water on every hole. Very rundown to include the surroundings of the course itself. Cart was probably the best thing about the course.

Really enjoyed the course. Had never played here before. There were areas in some fairways that were a little bald, but its Michigan and the weather can be an issue. I took off one star because of the carts. We had to wait for one to be turned in because they only have so many carts. The one I drove was very touchy and didnt always respond to pressing down on the gas pedal. Had to apply just the right amount of pressure and at the right speed for it to go. I would like to play this course again. It is what I would consider a "course management" type of course. If you are not familiar with the course and can't determine the correct yardages you can be in trouble off the tee.

Thank you, Michelle Payton, for showing the exact example of unsportsmanship like behavior.
Thank you for letting that mother set an example of how we should NOT be acting and why children cry and act like brats because they don't know how to lose gracefully.
It's good to know that if a child is crying, you can simply go up to someone in charge and complain that her child is crying and upset, and then they get a redo
Poorly prepared and organized, everyone there working looked disheveled and dirty, and there was no organization whatsoever they had no idea what was going on

This is a classic 1920s-era municipal course. A beautiful design, but also an efficient one: the wide fairways and lack of bunkers must really help with maintenance. And the course is very well maintained, the greens are in great shape (no days-old ball marks) and the fairways are good. It is long for a municipal course. And very nice people!

Best greens we have played on this year. The hole layout on the front nine is excellent. This course is definitely worth playing. No frills here just a good track.

Ran by the same people who run kearsley just the worst management ever trying to move a league to a different day after we already started is ridiculous. All the good carts and creek and no one is ever there, just ridiculous how bad these people are at running the only two courses in flint

The golf course itself is okay. They were the only one in my area I could get into on such a short notice but while I was there my car along with another one in the parking lot were broken into by some worthless people with nothing else better to do than steal from people who work hard for what they have. Itβs no fault to the course owners but they should have cameras or something to protect their customers from these things. Especially since it was mentioned itβs not the first time it happened. Beware if you visit here, do not keep anything valuable in your vehicle while youβre golfing. Take everything with you or leave it at home.

Played in the flint city Senior amateur at kearsley lakes and Swartz Creek municipal. It was very enjoyable an challenging. A tough track, hard and fast fairways kinda reminds me of a links style play. Well worth the play. Greens are a bit worn from the early sumer drought.nice people, nice challenge

My second time playing Swartz Creek since playing it a lot in the 70s and 80s. They are on somewhat of a low budget but I'm just happy as punch somebody kept it open so I can play it again.

Truly a terrible course, I left after seven holes. The fairways are not well kept at all. Piping one down the middle of the fairway will result with you still hitting a shot out of rough type grass. The tee boxes are not well kept as well, tall grass on each and everyone of them. Weeds growing everywhere, I highly recommend that you save your money unless you are trying to play some clown golf. This nowhere near a $25 course, instead, it's closer to $8 and that is being generous. The greens were okay though.

Fun for a local an decades historical known course / memories of picking dad up there in early 60's / now I'm his age an doing the same / was best to expect on conditions after record rain in a retention plane /18 course and a side executive course deserves a try

I grew up playing this course and always like to play the Executive course once n awhile. It's great that the course offers a separate 9 hole course, but I have to say the neglect has made the course almost unplayable. It seemed as though maintenance hadnt been on the course all year. Goose droppings on half of the greens, grass missing on all fairways, and the tee boxes hadnt been cleaned or retouch in forever. When I first got the club house nobody was at the desk. I had to go to the bar and drag the cashier back to work just so I could pay the $35 dollars to play a subpar course. I get it, it's a municipal course and times are tough especially for golf courses. But if you are not going to maintain the course, don't offer it to players. Or simply lower the price to what it is worth.

Heaven on earth!! They have been doing Flint Junior golf here for years I even played when I was a kid 30 years ago at least they give kids an opportunity to play which most places don't!!! They are still maintaining the course that the city we live in wanted to close and giving the people of Flint a place to play cheap golf!!! If you live in the neighborhood I'm sure you were doing something wrong on there course because the customer service values are the best I've seen at a PUBLIC GOLF COURSE in a long time!!! Flint City Golf is a beautiful thing!!! β³οΈβ³οΈβ³οΈβ³οΈβ³οΈβ³οΈβ³οΈβ³οΈβ³οΈ
