About the Club

We are Sweat Project. We offer group fitness classes utilizing functional strength practices to support you in your every day life. Balance, flexibility, core work, strength, cardio, plyometric, speed work and resistance training can be found through our classes to ensure you get a real full body fitness experience.

Life is full of ups and downs, lean into a community seeking the same goals of wellness and happiness in this journey.

The place I needed post baby!!! Sweat Project classes have become one of my favorite parts of the day/week. The amazing coaches give guided instructions, variations depending on fitness level, challenge you, and bring something new to each class making them fun each day! You have to give it a try!

I did the “Athlete” class on Monday. It was an excellent environment and workout design. The workout was very well rounded for a full body session along side other classmates to make it a competitive, supportive and thriving atmosphere. Mike was great with his instruction and expertise during the class. He was very mindful of everyone’s form and effort levels. He was able to have me make a small adjustment to completely alleviate and avoid shoulder issues I have always had while strength training shoulders. The class design and instruction make this an intense butt kicking!

My son also attends the youth athlete class that Mike puts on. It’s incredibly satisfying to watch Mike instruct the boys in a safe way to increase their athleticism in a safe way at their age. It’s great to watch the kids have fun and get more out of it by competing and pushing each other. Mike is a fun, commanding and charismatic leader which makes his sessions even that much better. We will definitely be checking out Sarah’s “Thrive” classes too!

I really love these work out classes . The instructors are friendly and they make me feel so comfortable and welcome . I started my new years off right when I decide to do the free week then sign up afterwards. Coming from someone who initially hated exercising, I now look forward to going to work out .

If your looking for a great workout in a positive, encouraging and challenging environment, try Sweat Project - it is amazing! The coaches/trainers provide challenging small group fitness classes, punctuated by individualized instruction as needed/desired. The environment is very positive, helpful and encouraging. Since working out at Sweat Project, I feel more confident motivated, and energized to continue building a stronger body and spirit. I highly recommend Sweat Project!

Sweat Project is such a great place! Living up to the name, you WILL leave sweaty! Mike and Sarah take the time to explain each exercise, know you by name, and are so encouraging. After just a few classes, they know how to push you outside your comfort zone with weights, while keeping you safe with proper form. I feel a difference in my overall strength and my mental health. Absolutely love it here!

Love Sweat Project! The coaches are amazing! They really care about your goals and want to help you reach them. They challenge you but also notice if weights are too heavy or your form needs tweaking so you don’t hurt yourself. If you have injuries, they keep an eye on your form, check in with you and offer suggestions. Great challenging work outs! Can definitely see a difference in my muscles and endurance. This place is amazing!
