Can't say enough good things about this place!! The staff is knowledgeable and motivational. The workouts are great for all levels and Switchfit, which is a modified crossfit, is an excellent workout for beginners to experienced athletes. The best place to workout in the area!!

Great gym. If you have little to no experience with crossfit I would recommend coming here. The trainers are so supportive, helpful, and make you feel welcome. Also, Matt, the owner is a funny guy and made crossfit feel way less intimidating for me. I'm still a beginner and I leave this gym feeling more knowledgeable and skilled after every workout.

I had never picked up a barbell before entering Switch for the first time. From day 1, I have felt nothing but welcome, have really enjoyed getting strong and working out, and the added bonus of all the wonderful friends I have made. I love lifting weights, but if that isn't your thing, there are other classes, something for everyone! The trainers are top notch!

If you're a beginner or advanced, Switch is a great place to workout! All the trainers are super friendly and ready to help you achieve your goals.

I remember how intimidated I was the first time I set foot inside the gym knowing the crossfit stereotypes, but Matt was quick to introduce himself and show me around. The membership is really friendly and everybody checks their ego at the door. There are several programs that keep our coming back so you can never get bored.

Take advantage of the free class and try it out!

I have been doing Crossfit at Switch Crossfit for about 9 months. I have lost 17 pounds and improved my overall fitness level. I like the friendly atmosphere and encouragement from coaches staff and other members. Crossfit works for me I like the structure. The scheduled warmup, pre work, WOD and cool down makes it easy to get a good workout accomplished.

Switch Crossfit has experienced and friendly trainers, a variety of class schedule options and a comraderie that is second to none. In addition to losing weight, I have become stronger and have found myself doing things I never thought possible! In an efficient one-hour class, you will challenge youself, be inspired and find that your goals will only continue to grow. If you are looking for a proven and effective program with convenient scheduling and small class sizes, Switch Crossfit is the best choice.
I've been a member at Switch for over two years. I honestly began the fundamentals program thinking I would just try for one month. With the help of the trainers and owner, Matt, I was able to recommit to myself and my fitness goals. I've competed, climbed ropes, lifted really heavy weights, made friends and surprised myself countless times. Give it a try. You might just surprise yourself, too.

It's a cult!! Just kidding 😂 It is the best gym I have been to. We joined there 2+ years ago and have learned so much about ourselves. I learned that I am stronger than I have ever given myself credit for...both mentally & physically!! This is all because of the awesome coaches and their everlasting patience & knowledge. Matt, the owner, has hired and trained the best set of coaches around! From barbell club to Crossfit to Switchfit to Yoga and even Kids Crossfit!! You couldn't ask for a better place to get a great workout and also meet a whole bunch of nice people in the process. I love my Crossfit family!! Thank you Switch Crossfit 😊

I had no idea what I was capable of before Switch CrossFit! Amazing trainers, classes, and gym members I have become the strongest version of myself, so far. I literally have Switch CrossFit to thank for helping me get my bad cholesterol and insulin levels under control when I couldn't do it just through diet. Come find out how strong you can be, you'll amaze yourself!

There is no better crossfit gym around. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone, from staff to members, is so friendly and supportive. The crossfit experience may be more expensive than a traditional, big box gym, but every every class is almost a one on one with a skilled trainer, especially here at Switch.

If you’re looking for a “traditional” gym where you can wear cute outfits and still manage to look flawless when you’re done with a WOD, then Switch Crossfit is probably not for you. (Although, I won’t lie, I’ve still managed to feed my shopping addiction by buying more shoes than I probably need.) But back to switch: If you’re looking for something completely different, engaging, exciting, challenging, and mind-blowing, then you’ve found the place for you. I used to think that just because I was petite and “worked out” occasionally, I was fit; Boy was I wrong. Matt starts you off light during the free intro class, gives you a tour of the facilities and gets you going with a fun workout. If you’ve decided to give it a try by joining the fundamentals program, then you’ve made a good decision. If you’ve decided to become an official member, then you’ve made an even better decision. I won’t lie to you; the first WOD you complete will probably have you thinking “what have I done”, but that pain will pass. If you’re like me and went into this thinking it was a piece of cake, then you might need assistance getting up once you’ve completed your first real WOD. That’s not to say everyone’s experience will be the same, some people are just naturally good at this sort of thing but trust me when I say you won’t regret joining. Once you’ve gotten into a good rhythm and gradually increase your attendance, you’ll soon start to love and look forward to class. Every day is a different WOD and a different experience but the satisfaction of knowing you can do things you’ve never fathomed is probably the best reward for me. If you’re a foodie like me, limiting the Tacos to once a week might kill you at first, but you’ll soon realize that yes, Tacos are good, but being healthy and physically capable of surpassing your own limits is much more satisfying.

The facility itself is spacious and the equipment is organized, clean and updated. The trainers at Switch are always concerned about safety and proper technique so they’re always available to answer questions, address concerns or give you tips if you’re struggling with any skillset. The prices are extremely reasonable and Matt works with members if you need any accommodations. Aside from the normal classes and additional programs available to suit your needs, Switch constantly organizes outside events for members, family and friends.

As I mentioned before, Switch is not your traditional gym and that’s what makes it so different. You’re not just joining a gym; you’re joining a community of friends and family who all have a common goal of bettering themselves and motivating each other. Switch welcomes people of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds with varying abilities. You will never feel judged but always encouraged and motivated at Switch Crossfit. So, what are you waiting for!?

Friendly and accommodating staff with a clean and organized gym. Plentiful new equipment helps larger classes move at the same rate. Members are friendly and motivate one another to succeed.

I have been at Switch Crossfit for 3 months now and love it! The coaches are all very well trained and extremely helpful in showing you proper technique and modifications to moves that are beyond your current ability. Everyone is friendly, supportive and encouraging. It is truly a community where everyone is welcome regardless of age or ability. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I have been going to this gym for over 6 months. I really enjoy the community and pace of the gym. I have attended other crossfit gyms out of state. This gym has strength WOD's where the other gym did not. Workouts are creative and fun. There is a small area for the kids that my son can be and watch me during the work out.

Ever since I got out of the Marine Corps, I have been looking for a work out environment in which I could thrive. I tried working out at the gym and even tried doing several home fitness DVD's, but they never kept me motivated. And then I found Switch CrossFit. I love coming to this place. I started going her when it first opened and I can't imagine going anywhere else. While the workouts are very engaging as you try to test your physical limits, there is no undue pressure placed on you to overexert yourself. The head trainer, Matt, is very knowledgeable and provides another way of doing an exercise if you are unable to do so at the time. CrossFit is made for all ages groups and body types. You are challenged to do what you can do, not what somebody else can do. And the best part is that this feels like a community, not some corporate gym where you are a faceless entity no one cares about. Switch is home to many friendly and encouraging individuals who do not look down upon you, and they provide the motivation that keeps me coming back for more.

If you are trying to be healthier, be a better athlete, get stronger and feel and look better or any combination of those, then you will want to give Switch Crossfit a try. I have been a loyal member since the gym opened and the results come fast! Are the workouts intense? YES! That is how you get those results, but all the workouts are able to be scaled to fit whatever ability level you are at now. A great perk about working out in a CrossFit program is having a coach that will watch and make sure you are fundamentally sound, so you are not hurting yourself. The next is that the gym is more of a community and we all get to know each other, so that adds a supportive and motivational environment. Matt is the head trainer at Switch and he is very knowledgable about fitness and nutrition as well. That means that joining this gym also gives you access to not only better fitness, but resources to build a better diet. Do yourself a favor, go to the FREE intro class, at least check it out, because no matter what age you are, or what shape you are in now, if you can commit to the Switch CrossFit program, you will end up feeling the best you have in your life.

I just started at Switch, but so far I love it! You get out of it what you want! The owner, Matt, will not pressure you into buying any kind of membership; It really is about you, and how much you want to commit.

The prices are extremely reasonable, too. I used to pay upwards of $25 per personal training session, and now it adds up to be $11 or less per workout, and you completely get your money's worth.

I would recommend you check it out, and see what you think. Matt's not a crazy salesman. The gym and experience speak for themselves.
